沥青与集料界面粘附性研究

【摘要】 本文在归纳、总结国内外沥青与集料“粘附性”试验方法的基础上,运用灰关联方法,分析了不同的沥青与集料“粘附性”试验方法与沥青混合料水稳性的相关关系,并提出了评价细集料与沥青粘附性的试验方法。 通过研究沥青、集料的各种性质对粘附性的影响,提出了沥青与集料的粘附机理。分析了改性沥青与集料“粘附性”提高的原因。指出了影响沥青与集料的粘附性、沥青—集料系统抗水剥离能力、沥青混合料水稳性及沥青路面水破坏的因素。提出了为提高沥青路面抗水破坏能力而在材料选择方面的建议。 研究了沥青与集料界面的相互作用规律。提出了提高沥青混合料强度的工艺。 在以上研究结果的基础上,开发了长期性能较好、工艺简单、费用低的用于处理集料的抗剥落剂。这对于提高沥青路面抗水破坏能力具有一定的意义。

【Abstract】 This paper sums up and evaluates many kinds of adhesion methods of asphalt to aggregate both at home and abroad. Base on making use of the theory of gray relation degree, the correlation between different adhesion experiment results and water stability of asphalt mixture is evaluated. The result indicate that immersion test has the best relation degree with water stability of asphalt mixture. On the other hand, there is not standard method to evaluate the adhesion of asphalt to fine aggregate in specification. So a new method - water-washing test is developed.By studying the properties of asphalt and aggregate that affect the adhesion, the author puts forward the mechanism of asphalt to aggregate and analyzes the reasons that modified asphalt’s adhesion to aggregate can be increased. The author also points out the factors that affect the adhesion of asphalt to aggregate, the asphalt membrane’s ability of resisting flaking off from aggregate, asphalt mixture’s water stability and asphalt pavement’s water damage. Finally, the advice that improves the ability of asphalt pavement’s resisting water damage is brought forward.The interaction law between asphalt and aggregate is studied. By using new technological process, a new kind of asphalt mixture is manufactured and its Marshall stability is improved.Based on researches of the interaction mechanism between asphalt and aggregate, the writer develops a new type of antistripe additive that is used to modify aggregate. Results show that the antistripe additive can well improve the water stability of mixtures and also make the other properties of asphalt concrete improved.
