汽车列车轮迹重合转向研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的快速发展和公路条件的改善,特别是高速公路的相继建成,汽车列车运输正向重型、高速发展。因此,提高汽车列车的机动性、安全性、稳定性已成为重要的研究课题。本文在分析目前国内外汽车列车各种转向装置对汽车列车转向机动性影响的基础上,选择了机动性较好的全轮转向全挂车作为研究对象,对汽车列车轮迹重合转向进行探讨,并主要突出了以下几个方面: 提出了汽车列车轮迹重合转向的概念。 建立了全轮转向全挂车轮迹重合转向的数学模型。 分析了各结构参数对全挂车轮迹重合转向的影响。 对汽车列车轮迹重合转向机构的结构进行了优化设计,建立了相应的优化设计模型。 设计制作了符合轮迹重合转向全挂车的模型,并进行了仿真试验及误差分析。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of economy and improvement of the road conditions in our country, especially the successive completion of expressways, the auto-train transportation is oriented to the heavy-type and high speed. Therefore, it becomes an important subject matter of research to improve the mobility, safety and stability of the auto-train. Based on the analysis of the effects of the various steering-gears used in the auto-trains at present both in China and abroad on their steering mobility, this thesis chooses as its research target the full trailer of all-wheel steering, which has a better mobility, exploring the wheel trace coincidence of a steering auto-train. It mainly covers the following points:Presenting the concept of the wheel trace coincidence of a steering auto-train.Establishing the mathematical model for the wheel trace coincidence of thefull trailer of all-wheel steering.Analyzing the effects of various structural parameters on the wheel tracecoincidence of a steering full-trailer.Optimizing the design of the structure of the steering system in an auto-train;establishing the corresponding optimized design model.Developing the model which complies with the wheel trace coincidence of asteering full-trailer; performing simulating tests and errors analysis.
