我国高速公路产业化经营问题研究

【摘要】 高速公路的发展促进了国民经济的发展和社会的进步，显示了强大的社会经济效益。随着社会主义市场经济的发展，高速公路建设经营中面临许多问题。高速公路产业化问题被提到重要位置。本文从我国高速公路经营现状入手，阐述了高速公路产业化经营的必要性及可能性。对高速公路的产业属性，我国高速公路产业组织现状以及影响高速公路产业组织的因素做了具体分析。从高速公路的资产特性入手，分析了高速公路产业化经营的特点和存在问题，提出了高速公路产业化经营的指导思想和目标模式。同时对我国高速公路经营管理体制进行了分析，建立了高速公路产业化经营管理体制的设计原则和总体框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development in highway has sped up the prosperity of national economy and the advancement of society . Highway has shown out its magnetic social and economic benefit . With the growth of socialistic market economy, there are many problems existing in its construction and management . So industrialization of highway has been raised to an important position. This paper proceeds with the current position of highway’s management in our country . It illustrates the necessity and possibility of highway’s industrialization management . It also makes a detailed analysis of highway’s industrial nature , current situation of industrial issues and factors affecting industrial issues . Starting with the features of highway’s assets , it analyzes the features and problems of highway’s industrialization management and comes up with the guiding ideology and the mode by targets. At the same time, it still analyzes highway’s management structure and sets up its design principles and general frame.更多还原
