道路交通事故综合评价与对策研究

【摘要】 本文将数理统计学中的主成分分析方法，用于道路交通事故的综合分析评价，构造出了交通事故综合评价指标。研究表明，交通事故综合评价指标在充分利用交通事故原始数据的情况下，基本保留了原始数据所具有的变化趋势、相互关系等方面的信息，与原始数据有较高的弥合度。使用交通事故综合评价指标对事故进行分析评价，所得出的结论简单、清晰、明确，能够客观、准确、真实地反映交通安全状况和交通事故的特征。 在上述研究的基础上，本文利用交通事故综合评价指标，对陕西省近年来的交通事故按时间分布、原因特征、道路条件、责任者类别、天气情况、事故形态等方面进行了综合评价，进而依据评价的结果，对陕西省的交通事故进行分析，并提出了对策建议。 研究表明，使用本文中提出的交通事故综合评价指标对交通事故进行评价是可行的。交通事故综合评价指标可以弥补现有评价方法的不足和缺陷，是对现有的交通事故评价指标体系的补充完善，在当前的交通事故分析预防实践中具有应用和推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With main - elements analysis of statistics, this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of the traffic accidents and constructs the comprehensive evaluation indicators of traffic accidents. Under full applications of the indicators, this research demonstrates that the indicators of traffic accidents keep the development trends of the original data and tight relations with the information and have high accordance with the original data. With these indications, this paper has a simple and clear conclusion and reflects a true character of the traffic safety and traffic accidents.On the basis of the research,this papaer uses the indicators to evaluate time distributions, reasons feature, road environments, different participants, weather conditions, and different kinds of accidents of the recent traffic accidents in Shaanxi province. This paper also analyzes the traffic accidents of Shaanxi and gives some measure suggestions.The research demonstrates that these indicators are feasible to evaluate the traffic accidents. These indicators can make up the insufficiencies and faults of the present traffic accidents evaluations methods. And these indicators have great value in preventing the traffic accidents.更多还原
