【摘要】 本文主要运用现代管理理论和信息技术，对房地产交易管理信息系统进行了分析与设计，并对系统的实施应用进行了评价。首先，本文在先进的现代管理理论和信息技术、网络技术的指导下，对房地产交易管理工作的现状进行了调查和分析，并采用结构化系统分析的方法，绘制出房地产交易管理信息系统的详细的业务流程图和数据流程图，编辑了数据字典。其次，本文遵循系统设计的原则，完成了房地产交易管理信息系统的网络体系设计、数据库结构设计、系统结构模块图设计和系统典型程序设计，从而建立起房地产交易管理信息系统。最后，本文对房地产交易管理信息系统在实际工作中的实施应用进行了分析与评价，从而获得了房地产交易管理信息系统应用的成功经验，为房地产交易管理工作提供了新的解决方案，为房地产行业管理向信息化、科学化和现代化迈进提供了可行的模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article uses the modern principle of MIS, emphasizes the analysis and design of real estate trade MIS and evaluates the realization of the system . Firstly, based on the developed principle of MIS , information technique and network technique , the article investigates and analyzes the actuality of the real estate trade management . By the means of the structure system analysis, it draws the detailed operation flow diagram and data flow diagram and organizes the data dictionary. Further, following the principle of systemic design , the article contains the network system design, database structure design, systemic structural module chart design and the applied program design so as to build the MIS of the real estate trade management . Finally by analyzing and evaluating the realization of the system in the actual work , we obtain successful experience of the MIS applied to real estate trade management. This article provides a new solution to the work of real estate trade management and a feasible model for the management work in real estate trade field developing modernization scientifically.更多还原
