减摇水舱试验台架及横摇和横荡运动实验研究

【摘要】 减摇水舱是船舶减横摇装置之一,它适用于经常工作在零航速或低航速的船舶减摇,如车客轮渡、滚装船和科学考察船等。为了给实船装备减摇水舱提供数据参考,结合国家“211”工程重点投资建设项目“船舶减摇水舱试验装置”的研制工作,本课题对水舱试验台架及横摇、横荡运动进行了较深入的分析和研究。 首先,作者建立了横荡控制系统的数学模型,作为以后各章节讨论的基础,同时对系统进行仿真和设计,并研究了系统负载质量、负载刚度、总漏损系数和容积弹性模数对系统性能的影响。根据数学模型,选取了具体型号器件,并从系统的稳定性、稳态误差、时域和频域方面对系统进行了分析。 然后,为了使水舱试验台架能模拟更多的实船,作者研究了水舱试验台架各个机械部分的特征,分析了配重质量变化和滑块距离变化对船舶特征参数的影响,后来从整个系统出发,对系统的输入信号、油源、电液伺服阀、控制器、驱动电路、执行结构等进行了理论研究和实际分析,以便能够对实验的现象作出解释。 其次作者又从理论上对有横荡时的横摇进行了研究和仿真。 最后,制定了实验计划,做了大量实验,并对实验现象和数据进行了细致分析,得出结论。在调试和做实验的过程中,作者总结了一些实验需要注意的环节和问题,为后续工作奠定了基础。同时为了使后续工作能够更好的进行,作者提出了实验中需要进一步研究的地方和建议。

【Abstract】 The anti-rolling tank is one of stabilizing equipments, and it fits for ships working at zero speed or low speed such as passenger and train ferry, roll-off vessel, research and exploration vessel and so on in particular. In order to provide data reference for ships equipped with anti-rolling tank, based on the item the Anti-rolling Tank Test Equipments on the Ship among the country 211 key construction projects, the paper goes on deep analysis and research on test platform of tank and motion of rolling and swaying.First, mathematical model of swaying system is made, which is a basis on later chapters. Meanwhile, the system is simulated and designed. The effect of loaded mass, loaded suppleness, general leaking coefficient and cubage elasticity modulus on performance of system is also analyzed. According to the model, some kinds of parts of an apparatus are choosed and stability, error, time-domain and frequency-domain are presented.Afterwards, in order to analog more ships, the characters of tank’s mechanical parts are given. At the same time, effects of variation of bob-weight mass and distance of slip pieces are researched. From the whole system, analysis of input signal, oil-source, electro-hydraulic servo valve, controllers, amplified circuits and so on is provided.In addition, from theoretical background, rolling motion with swaying is simulated.Finally, plans are made, experiments are finished and phenomena and data are discussed. During the debugging and experimentation, some taches and questions needed attention are summed up, which sets up the basis on later research. What’s more, some further research and suggestions are provided.
