【摘要】 本文针对黑龙江省大中型企业知识产权保护问题，从我国经济全球化和科技全球化发展战略高度，结合黑龙江省大中型工业企业发展与知识产权保护工作实际需要，综合运用系统分析的思想方法、知识产权管理知识和企业管理理论知识，对黑龙江省大中型企业知识产权保护现状以及专利、商标和商业秘密的保护策略进行了系统分析和实证研究。 本文对加入WTO后我国大中型企业面临的激烈竞争环境和黑龙江省大中型企业知识产权保护方面的严峻挑战的分析，指出了黑龙江省大中型企业在专利保护、商标保护以及商业秘密保护等方面存在的问题，并根据黑龙江省大中型企业发展与管理的实际需要，运用有关的典型案例就其专利保护各种策略、商标运用与保护策略以及商业秘密保护策略的运用环境、运用方式和技巧进行了实证研究。本文从我国知识产权保护工作发展的总体水平出发，提出了黑龙江省大中型企业知识产权保护的指导思想和有关保护策略；并从黑龙江省省情，结合企业经营策略和有关法律法规，总结和归纳了国内外大中型企业专利保护、商标保护和商业秘密保护方面的典型案例、成功经验与技巧，并提出了有关策略和建议，可供黑龙江省大中型企业的知识产权保护工作借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the point of view of economic and scientific globalization, the present situation regarding the intellectual property issue in the large & medium enterprises in Heilongjiang province as well as patent and trade mark and protective strategy for commercial secrecy has been analyzed systematically and demonstrated by means of systematic analysis.management knowledge on intellectual property and theoretic knowledge on enterprise management, and the large & medium industrial enterprises development in Heilongjiang province and the practical need for intellectual property are also considered. The critical competition environment which large & medium enterprises in our country are facing after the China’s accession to WTO and the grim challenge in the respect of large & medium enterprises intellectual property protection in Heilongjiang province is analyzed. The problem in field of patent protection and trade mark protection as well as commercial secrecy in the above-mentioned enterprises has been pointed out at the same time. According to the development of large & medium enterprises in Heilongjiang province and practical requirement for management, some relevant typical cases have been exercised in order that operating environment, mode and skill in various patent protective strategy, trade mark operation and protective strategy as well as commercial secrecy protective strategy are demonstrated. From the point of view of general development level for intellectual property protection in our country, the guideline and protective strategy regarding intellectual property for large & medium enterprises in Heilongjiang province is presented. Successful experience and skills attained from the typical cases in patent, trade mark and commercial secrecy protection in large & medium enterprises are summarized and concluded, meanwhile enterprise business strategy and relevant rules of law in Heilongjiang province are taken into account.
