信息技术条件下企业文化的建构

【摘要】 以计算机技术和通讯技术为核心的信息技术革命,不仅改变着人们的生产和生活方式,也潜移默化的改变着人们的价值观念和生命体验。这与顾客需要的个性化和人性化、信息传递的多义化和瞬时化一起深刻地改变着企业的生存环境。如何保持企业员工的忠诚度和创造力,如何在难以预测的市场环境中做出正确的决策,如何既能尽快得学习到先进的技术又能保持自己的领先优势,都是企业在信息技术条件下亟待解决的问题。 企业文化作为一种博采以人为本的理念和科学管理所长的管理方式和管理艺术,在由信息技术为企业带来的新时空中发挥着越来越举足轻重的作用。但是经典的企业文化理论在此些方面的探讨略显薄弱,因此本文尝试以企业文化是一种塑造对企业及其利益相关者双赢的决策环境的管理方式为基础,通过分析企业文化各要素在信息技术条件下的变化及趋势,重新开展对此问题的讨论。 在经典理论中,企业文化被划分为精神文化、行为文化、制度文化和物质文化。考虑到这种划分方法对于指导企业实际操作过于宽泛,笔者将其重新划分为三个部分五个层次,并细分为十七个要素。通过重点考察其中的七个较为重要的要素在信息技术条件下变化的原因及趋势,给出了自己对于如何在信息技术条件下建构企业文化的建议和主张。

【Abstract】 The revolution of information technology is changing our production , living and the values, people need more personal and various production or service. At the same time, the information from the surroundings is more complex and twinking. As a result, the surrounding of the corporate becomes more complex.Under this condition , the cooperate should surpass several difficulties: the first is to stimulate it’s members’ creativity and remain their loyality. The second is to making quick and good decisions for their future. The third and the most important is to study quickly and remain at the top.Corporate culture was divided into spirit culture, behavior culture, institution culture and material culture in classical theory. Considering that this deviation is too ambiguous to operate in corporate, the writer try to rectify and reform it into three big parts, five levels and even into sixteen elements. By inquiring into seven elements of them the writer expresses the ideas of how to cultivate an effective decisive environment which will be good to both corporate and it’s close relations
