新型节能抽油机研制

【摘要】 本文对新型节能抽油机理论进行了深入的探讨,并根据机械采油的节能原理进行了分析与讨论。从常规机存在的弊端入手,提出了新的传动设计方案,并进行了深入的研究,找到节能的技术关键,即后天轮的轮廓曲线。对悬点的运动(位移、速度、加速度)及减速器曲柄扭矩的规律同时给出了精确的计算公式及变化曲线。指出影响电机功率的因素有两项:一是曲柄轴净扭矩的峰值,一是扭矩波动的大小(即波动系数)。净扭矩是由悬点载荷造成的扭矩和平衡重产生的平衡力矩两项的合成,改变悬点运动规律和平衡重的偏置角可以引起净扭矩的变化。其中悬点运动规律是由设计的特殊曲线作为变径轮廓曲线决定的。因而本文依据此原理研究了整体方案,对设计参数进行了优化处理,取得了理论上的一组最佳匹配参数。对节电原理进行分析,模拟各类井况示功图、运动和动力曲线,并展开讨论。 除方案设计外,还进行了主要零部件的强度设计。通过理论计算和对新型机与常规机性能对比可以看出,本机具有显著的节电效果。 新型抽油机对油田的节能降耗,降低成本将起到推动作用。

【Abstract】 The paper has a profound on the theory of New energy-saving type pumping unit, and an analysis is done on principal of mechanical petroleum production through the abuse of conventional pumping unit, a new drive scheme is presented, through profound studying, the energy-saving key is found, that is the configuration curve of small hoisting sheave , the exact calculation formula and variation curve are given for suspension center motion (displacement, velocity, acceleration) and the variation law of speed reducer shaft there are two factors that affect the power of motor : one is the pure peak torque of crank , the other one is torque fluctuation . while the pure torque is combined by suspension center torque and balancing weight torque, so the change If pure torque can be achieved by changing the motion low of suspension center and offset angle . In which the motion law of suspension center is decided by designing a special curve for varied diameter wheel. The paper designs the scheme, the designing parameters are optimized. A set of optimal parameters are achieved in theory. Besides the scheme design , the main elements are also designed in strength.Through the calculation on theory and the contrast of new type pumping unit with the conventional one, it can be found that the new type pumping unit has sharp energy-saving effect.This kind of pumping unit will promote energy-saving and production costs cut.
