摩托车磁电机性能虚拟测试平台的研究与开发

【摘要】 摩托车磁电机点火系统是直接影响着摩托车动力性、经济性和排放的非常重要的发动机部件,其性能在线检测技术和质量控制是保证和提高我国摩托车大规模生产产品质量的关键零部件技术之一。摩托车磁电机在线检测设备进口价格昂贵,而目前国内设备质量和技术水平又不能充分满足日益增长的产品质量控制和管理要求,因此应用现代测控技术研究开发功能先进而成本较低、适合我国国情的摩托车磁电机点火系统在线检测设备具有重要的现实意义。VI(虚拟仪器)技术是现代自动化测控技术发展的重要方向,由于采用通用化而互换性好的组件和具有可扩展性及灵活性计算机软件组成测控系统,因而既能降低系统成本,又能实现强大的检测功能。但其软件开发非常关键,需要结合具体检测对象和要求进行较深入的研究和开发。针对摩托车磁电机检测对象和特殊要求,本论文应用VI技术研究开发出了具有性能稳定、功能丰富、操作方便、界面美观、自动化程度高而且价格适中的摩托车磁电机虚拟测试系统,同时探讨了VI技术在车辆零部件在线检测中具有共性的技术问题和解决方法,内容主要包括:1) 摩托车磁电机性能测试模拟台架的开发和关键技术问题的研究;2) 磁电机性能检测信号的调理电路模块的开发和研究;3) 磁电机在线检测设备VI软件开发及面向对象技术方法探讨,研究了:* MFC的Document/View架构在VI测控软件开发中的应用;* 磁电机性能检测中信号处理和算法;* 示波控件的设计开发;* 在线检测设备VI驱动程序开发技术和方法;* 在线检测设备串行通信和变频器控制技术方法的研究;* 在线检测中多媒体技术方法及应用研究;* A/D控制及其COM控件的设计开发方法。目前该设备已经交付使用,并得到用户好评,验证了本论文的研究方法和技术的可行性。

【Abstract】 Magneto ignition system in motorcycle is an important part of engine, which affects motorcycle’s power, economy and exhaust. Moreover it’s capable in on-line test and the quality control is one of the key technology that can assure and improve the quality of China’s motorcycle products. Because it is very expensive to import motorcycle magneto on-line test system, and China’s equipment quality and technology level can’t meet the request of modern production quality control and administration, it is practically important to develop an advanced on-line test equipment of motorcycle magneto ignition system on modern measure and control technology with a low cost and a suitable national condition. VI (Virtual Instruments) technology is an important developing direction of modern automated measure and control technology. Because of using the general and interchangeable hardware and the expansible and flexible computer software to construct the measure and control system, we can not only reduce the cost of system, but also implement powerful test functions. But the development of software is very important in VI, it needs an in-depth research and exploitation by way of combining idiographic measure object and request.Because of the motorcycle magneto object and special request, this paper develops a motorcycle magneto virtual test system with VI technology, which has stable and abundant capability, convenient operation, beautiful interface, high level automation and appropriate price. Meanwhile, this paper answers some common questions of using VI technology in vehicle components on-line test system and advised the solution. The main content of this paper includes: 4) The development and study of mechanical platform in motorcycle magneto test system.5) The development and study of the circuitry module to acquire the magneto output signal.6) The development of VI software in magneto on-line test system, and the discussing of OO (Object-Oriented) technology, including:* The application of MFC Document/View frame in the software;* The parameter algorithm for the magneto output signal;* The design and development of wave monitor control;<WP=6>* The development of VI drivers in the on-line test system;* The study of serial communication and the development of the transducer control module in the on-line test system; * The application of multimedia technology in the on-line test system;* The design and development of A/D control component with COM technology; At present, this equipment has been put into practice and has received a good response. Therefore, the feasibility of the method and technology in this paper was validated.
