制造企业信息化技术支持平台体系结构及协同工作处理系统设计

【摘要】 制造企业实施信息化工程是一项长期而复杂的工作,单靠企业自身力量,无法快速见到成效,需要一个良好的信息化技术支持与服务环境。制造企业信息化技术支持平台将政府、高校、科研机构及IT企业的资源整合为一体,形成一个综合的信息化资源系统,为制造企业随时提供系统、权威的信息化技术支持与服务,加快了制造企业实施信息化建设的进程。论文根据制造企业信息化技术支持平台的概念及特点,采用一种由功能视图、信息视图、资源视图、过程视图和组织视图表达系统的体系结构分析法,对制造企业信息化技术支持平台的信息发布、协同工作处理、技术咨询、人才培训和系统管理五大功能分系统进行了建模分析,在此基础上给出了平台的功能模型、信息模型、工作流程、资源模型和组织模型,为平台的顺利开发搭建了一个完备的信息基础。在平台体系结构研究的基础上,本文进行了协同工作处理系统的详细设计。针对协同工作处理系统的需求分析,给出了系统各模块的功能模型、信息模型和工作流程;提出了协同工作的实现模式,使专家通过事务处理功能将平台事务整合处理,实现了平台的工作过程集成,为平台以“集成的专家体系+实时的网络服务”的模式为制造企业提供全天候实时的信息化技术支持与服务奠定了基础。 最后,在以上研究成果的基础上,支持了重庆市企业信息化技术支持平台及其协同工作处理系统的建立。

【Abstract】 It’s a long term and complicate work for manufacture to implement the information system; it’s impossible for the manufacture to do it independently and quickly unless a good information technical and service support environment is created. The manufacture information technology supporting platform integrates government, university, R&D institution and IT company into a systematic information system, which provides manufacture a systematic, authorized technical and services support; also speeds up the manufacture implementing information system progress.The thesis is based on the manufacture information technology supporting platform concepts and characteristics; takes architecture analysis methodology by using functional view, information view, resource view, process view and organization view; analyze the model structure of information sharing, collaboration, technology consultant, training and system admin of the platform; creates functional model, information model, work process model, resource model and organization model, which set up a complete information basis and contributes to the smooth construction of the platform. The thesis conducted a detail design about the collaborative process system base on the platform’s architecture research. It provides functional model, information model and work process model for the collaborative process system requirement; it provides a way to realize the collaborative model, which aid expert to handle the platform transaction, integrates the work process of the platform, and provides a complete basis for manufacture a full time information service and support by "integration expert architecture + real time network service" model.Finally, it contributes the setup of Chongqing manufacturing information technology support platform and collaborative transaction system based on the above results.
