毛细管电泳芯片的信号采集和处理系统研究

【摘要】 随着微型全分析系统(芯片实验室)的发展,毛细管电泳芯片的逐渐成熟和完善,毛细管电泳芯片的信号采集与处理系统的微型化、智能化是实现该系统微小型化和尽快实用化的关键。本论文针对重庆大学微系统研究中心研制的低电压毛细管电泳芯片的特点,进行该毛细管电泳芯片的信号采集和处理系统的研究,为开发一种低电压、集成化、便携式的新型微小生化分离分析系统奠定一定的技术基础。本文主要研究工作如下:1在查阅大量文献的基础上,分析了分析仪器的发展趋势及毛细管电泳芯片信号采集和处理系统的研究现状。2在深入了解重庆大学微系统研究中心研制的低电压分离电泳芯片结构、原理、信号检测方式的基础上,分析了毛细管电泳芯片信号特点以及相关的数字信号处理方法(奈奎斯特抽样定理、傅立叶变换、有限长单位冲激响应(FIR)滤波器、小波变换)。3根据毛细管电泳芯片信号的特点,提出了毛细管电泳芯片信号采集和处理系统的总体方案,完成了数据采集系统硬件和软件的设计,研制出了数据采集系统实验样品。4开发出了毛细管电泳芯片信号处理软件。其特点是采用了多线程技术、多种数字信号处理方法(傅立叶变换、有限长单位冲激响应(FIR)滤波器、小波变换)对毛细管电泳芯片信号进行处理,并具有对电泳谱图的分析计算功能。5用信号发生器产生的信号模拟毛细管电泳芯片信号,对本系统进行验证,得到了较满意的实验结果。6 指出了存在的问题和以后工作的方向。

【Abstract】 With the development of Miniaturized Total Chemical Analysis System (lab on the chip), capillary electrophoresis chip has grown up step by step. The miniature and the intelligentization of the signal sampling and processing system for the electrophoresis chip has become the key of the miniature and the use of the whole system.Based on the signal characters of the low voltage electrophoresis chip developed by Micro System Center of Chongqing University, the signal sampling and processing system of capillary electrophoresis chip has been developed, which will lay some technique foundation for the low voltage, integrate and portable type of capillary electrophoresis system. This paper focused on the following aspects::(1) The tendency of the analysis instrument, and the research of the signal sampling and processing for capillary electrophoresis have been made, based on the numerous researches works.(2) The characters of the signal for the low voltage electrophoresis chip, signal processing theory such as the Nyquist theory, FFT, FIR filter and the wavelet have been discussed after the learning of low voltage electrophoresis theory and the analyzing of the low voltage electrophoresis chip.(3) The project of signal sampling and processing system for low voltage electrophoresis chip was put forward according to the characters of the low voltage electrophoresis chip and its signal. The structure, hard ware and soft ware of the data collector have been made.(4) The capillary electrophoresis software has been developed. Several digital signal process algorithms (FFT, FIR filter, wavelet) were used in the software with the function of analysis and calculation for the electrophoresis spectrum, and the multithreading was also employed.(5) Such experiment for the signal sampling and processing system of the electrophoresis chip has been executive with primarily satisfying result (6) The problems are put forward for further study.
