大型旋转机械远程状态监测与故障诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 为了提高设备状态监测与故障诊断系统的求解能力和信息共享程度,降低构造费用,本文研究了将Internet技术应用于大型旋转机械的远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。提出了系统的构成方案,并对整个系统的工作原理进行了论述。网络通信技术、数据库技术以及基于组件的面向对象程序设计技术是远程状态监测与故障诊断系统区别于传统的监测诊断系统的关键技术,本文对这些技术的基本概念及其原理进行了研究。深入研究了如何将跨平台的分布式对象技术——JAVA、COM应用于大型旋转机械的远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。利用JAVA、JSP和COM技术实现了基于浏览器的Browser/Server模式的远程状态监测与故障诊断系统。本文详细讨论了系统中企业客户方的设计与实现,包括客户方局域网的设计,以及在线监测系统、精密分析系统的软件模块的构成。其中详细论述了数据采集的相关理论和方法。对于远程诊断中心,主要研究了远程信号分析系统的设计与实现,讨论了信号分析处理常用的一些方法,并将这些方法用JAVA、JSP编程语言在J2EE环境下实现,使得系统负荷平衡,更灵活、充分地利用资源。远程诊断中心另一个重要的功能模块是专家诊断分析处理中心。本文讨论了专家诊断分析处理中心的构成、中心任务及其基本工作过程。远程状态监测与故障诊断系统一方面可以实现异地的监测与诊断,通过Internet及时了解设备的运行状况和相关历史信息;另一方面,通过网上专家诊断和多个专家的网上会诊可以大大提高设备故障诊断的准确率和命中率,因此有着良好的应用前景。本文研究成果丰富了设备状态监测与故障诊断的理论与方法,在实现远程状态监测与故障诊断诊断的若干关键问题上有所创新,为今后开发高水平的系统探索了新的途径,积累了一定的研究经验。但是,远程状态监测与故障诊断是一个复杂的、涉及多个学科领域的系统科学,还有许多工作需要进一步完善。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the solving capability and information sharing degree of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, and reduce the system cost at the same time, the paper applied the INTERNET technology to the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for large rotating machinery. The scheme of the system based on the INTERNET was put forward. It also discussed the principle of the system on the whole.Network communicating technology, database technology and component-based object-oriented programming technology are the key technologies in remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system, which are different from traditional monitoring and diagnosis system. A deep study on the basic concepts and principles of these technologies are carried in the paper. Furthermore, the way to fuse cross-platform distributed object technology into the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system was brought forward. The system based on the Browser/Server mode is achieved by the JAVA, JSP and COM technology.The paper discussed the design and implementation of the client system in detail, including the design of the client LAN and the general module design of online monitoring system and the precision diagnosis system. The theories and methods on data acquisition are the points in the paper.The remote diagnosis center is based upon the implementation of remote signal analysis system. General methods of signal processing are discussed. They are accomplished by JAVA, JSP programming language in J2EE environment, which can keep the balance of system and utilize resources sufficientlyExpert-diagnosis system is an important part in the remote diagnosis center. The structure, major role and working procedure are illustrated in the paper.The remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system implement the monitoring and diagnosis in different area, which means the system can inspect in time both the current condition and the history information of machine. Moreover, expert-diagnosis and consultation can be held by network, which can greatly enhanced the accuracy and shooting percentage. So it has good application prospects.<WP=6>The production in this paper enriched the theories and methods of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis for large rotating machinery. It achieved some innovations, which built up quite a lot experience for further development of high-level system. However, remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system is a complicated system science involving in several fields of knowledge. Much effort should be made to improve the system.
