非摩擦式无级变速器的基本性能分析与参数综合

【摘要】 机械式脉动无级变速器是目前应用较广泛的一种无级变速器,现有的各种形式的脉动无级变速器有一系列的优点,但也存在一些不足,影响了该无级变速器在一些要求输出脉动值小、传动连续平稳的工作场合的应用。本论文在综述脉动式无级变速器存在的主要问题的基础上,提出了一种新型的非摩擦式连续作用无级变速器。根据重庆市科委技术攻关项目《新型非摩擦式连续作用机械无级变速器的研制与开发》的要求,对该无级变速器的工作原理、调速原理及工作性能进行分析,并着重对无级变速器的核心部件转换器进行分析,对其结构原理创新进行深入的探讨,揭示了其结构及运动学的实质;建立了转换器的运动学模型和综合模型;对以转换器这类以连杆作为输出构件的曲柄摇杆机构的运动规律及其影响因素,首次进行了较深入、系统的分析研究,得出了一系列以连杆作为输出构件的曲柄摇杆机构的运动规律。在此基础上利用相对极点法和等视角法按传动比及输出运动的要求对转换器进行了综合,得出了输入功率1.5KW,输入转速1500,额定输出转速为150,最大输出转速300的新型的非摩擦式无级变速器的基本尺寸参数并应用Adams软件对其进行了优化;最后对该非摩擦式无级变速器进行了过约束分析,提出了新型的非摩擦式无级变速器无过约束分析的机构运动副的配置方案。本文的研究内容是重庆市科委技术攻关项目《新型非摩擦式连续作用机械无级变速器的研制与开发》的一个重要部分,它为新型非摩擦式连续作用机械无级变速器产品的研制与开发打下了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 At present, mechanical impulse stepless speed regulators are applied extensively. Because the structures of those regulators existing at present have a lot of advantages and disadvantages, it affects their application in the cases that small impulse output and stability are required.This paper presents an original non-frictional and sequential operation’s stepless speed regulator on the basis of overview of the main weakness of impulse stepless speed regulators. Basing on the requirement of the project supported by Chongqing Science and Technology Committee, the Study and Development on Original Non-frictional and Sequential Operation’s Stepless Speed Regulator, the author has made some analysis to the physical principle and speed adjustment principle. In addition, as the main part of stepless speed regulators, the transformer was more concerned in the study. After probing the creation of its structure principle, this paper reveals its structure and dynamics rule, and creates a dynamics model and synthesis model of transformer. Furthermore, it was the first time to make a systemic analysis and study to the motion rule and affected factors of this kind of transformer. With the applications of relative polar method and equal view angle method, the transformer that satisfies the requirement of transmission rate and output motion is synthesized. Thus, an original non-frictional stepless speed regulator with a 1.5KW input power, a 1500 rotation speed, a constant150output rotation speed and a maximum 300 output rotation speed was achieved. Its size has been optimized with the software Adams. Finally, the over-constraint study to this original non-frictional stepless speed regulator was carried out and a configuration project of its zero over-constraint motion pair was obtained.The theme in the paper is to key parts of project of the Study and Development on Original Non-frictional and Sequential Operation’s Stepless Speed Regulator, which is supported by Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Committee Schedule projects, it will make good foundation in relative technology research domains.
