空间凸轮活齿传动力学特性研究

【摘要】 新型空间凸轮活齿传动具有传动精度高、啮合间隙可调、自锁性能好等优点,因此作为一种新型的精密传动装置,在机器人、机床、仪器仪表等工业领域有着广泛的应用前景。本课题来源于国家“863”计划“新型空间凸轮活齿精密传动及其应用研究”(课题编号:2001AA423190),有关该新型传动设计理论与方法的研究是该课题的重要组成部分。本文着重对空间凸轮活齿传动的力学特性进行研究,并开发相应的数值计算软件,从而为该新型精密传动的强度设计提供有效的方法和快捷的工具。论文的主要内容包括:1)在简要介绍空间凸轮活动传动齿廓理论的基础上,推导了与力学特性相关的几何参数的计算公式。2)建立了空间凸轮活动传动的力学分析模型;依据弹性力学赫兹接触理论,建立了各接触点之间的变形协调条件,推导了空间凸轮活齿传动点接触受力分析公式,并给出了求解的方法。 3)开发了关于空间凸轮活动传动受力变形的数值计算软件;应用该软件,对不同设计参数的空间凸轮活齿传动的受力特性进行了数值计算,获得了该传动受力变形的一般规律。4)建立了空间凸轮活齿传动装置的三维实体模型,并对实体模型进行装配和爆炸处理,直观地描述了该传动装置的结构,实现了在设计阶段对空间凸轮活齿传动零部件装配协调性的校验。5)在 PRO/ENGINEER环境下建立了空间凸轮活齿传动的接触有限元分析模型,运用I-DEAS软件进行了相应的接触有限元分析,并将有限元分析的结果与基于赫兹理论的计算结果进行了对比分析,二者吻合。 6)在进行理论研究的同时,参与完成了数种规格的空间凸轮活齿传动装置样机的设计及制造工作。

【Abstract】 The spatial cam sliding tooth transmission has the advantages of high transmission precision, adjustable meshing clearance and good self-lock characteristic. So as a new precision transmission device, it is provided with widely application prospects in many industry fields such as robot industry, machine industry, instrument industry, etc.The project originates from the National "863" Plan, named "The Research and Application on New Spatial Cycloid-Ball Gearing" (No. 2001AA423190). Study on the design theory and method of this new transmission is one of the important parts of this project. This thesis emphasizes on the mechanics feature of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission, and the corresponding numerical computing software is developed. All of these offer a feasible method and prompt tool for the intensity design of the new precision transmission. Major contents of the thesis are as follows:1) Based on brief introduction of the profile theory about the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission, those formulas correlated to the mechanics feature are deduced to calculate the geometrical parameters;2) According to the Hertz contact theory in elastic-mechanics, the mechanics analysis model of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission is built up; The deformation harmonizing conditions at each contact point are erected; The force analysis formulas of point contact are deduced and the resolution method is presented;3) The numerical calculating software about the deformation of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission is developed; Using the software, the force characteristics of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission are calculated with different design parameters; The general law on force characteristics of this transmission is obtained.4) The three-dimensional solid models of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission are built up; The assembling and exploding on the solid modes of those components are made; The construction of this transmission device is described directly, and the checkout of the assembling coordination between the components of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission can be done in the design stage. 5) Under the PRO/ENGINEER circumstance, the contact finite element analysis method of the spatial cam sliding tooth transmission are established; Using the I-DEAS software, the corresponding contact finite element analysis has been done. Comparing<WP=6>the result of the finite element analysis with the calculated result based on the Hertz theory, we find that they are accordant. 6) At the same time of the theoretic research, the design and manufacture of several model machines are accomplished with others.
