基于数字信号处理器的配电线路微机保护方法与装置的研制

【摘要】 低压配电线路直接向用户供电,其运行的可靠性非常重要。随着配电自动化的日益发展和电力系统综合自动化程度的提高,对低压配电线路的保护及监控也提出了更高的要求。本论文对电力系统微机保护算法和测控算法进行了详细的分析和比较,对本系统中用到的各种继电保护方法的微机实现作了详细的阐述。在参考和借鉴国内外微机保护装置的基础上,本论文提出了采用数字信号处理器TMS320LF2407 为核心智能芯片,研制低压配电线路微机保护与测控装置。选择了一种性价比好、功能强、完全能满足技术指标的实现方案,经测试验证达到了技术要求,并已经研制出样机。论文中对装置的主体电路结构、主控芯片的选择、模拟量输入通道设计和A/D采样方法进行了详细的方案比较和论证。论文中还给出了开关量输入、开关量输出、通信模块、时钟电路、数据存储器、按键电路和频率跟踪电路等各功能模块的选择方法和设计原理。最后根据装置的技术要求、给定的指标确定了硬件电路的选型,完成了硬件电路设计和软件调试。装置的软件设计遵循模块化,自顶向下的设计思路,文中重点分析了主程序的总体框架结构,A/D采样中断程序的设计、CAN通信程序的设计和通信报文的处理思路。通过对几种数据类型各种运算的运算时间比较,确定在本系统中所有参数采用整型数或长整型数的计算方法,优化了程序的设计,在保证计算精度的前提下更好的满足装置对实时性的要求。最后对软件设计和调试中的遇到的问题作了详细的总结。整个装置通过了全面的实验验证,实验结果表明装置能够准确的实现各种电流、电压保护和各种告警功能;实现对系统运行参数的精确测量、计算、保存和显示;通过CAN通信实现PC机对装置的远程监控。实验结果说明本课题设计的低压配电线路微机保护及测控装置达到了给定的技术指标,已经完成研制开发一种全新的低压配电线路微机保护及测控装置的任务。

【Abstract】 Low voltage distributed power line supplies power to users directly. Its reliability is very important. With the development of power distribution automatization and the improvement of power system integrated automatization, the demand for distributed power line protection and surveillance is becoming more and more strict. This dissertation analyses and compares the microprocessor based protection and measurement algorithms used in power system. And expounds how to realize each protection method by microprocessor. After referencing the developed similar devices, this dissertation puts forward to develop an advanced low voltage distributed power line protection device with TMS320LF2407 DSP. A sample device has been developed. Experiment shows that it achieves the designed technology requests. The main structure of the device, the selection of the microprocessor, the design of analog inputs, and the A/D sampling method are argued in detail in this dissertation. And the selection and design of switch-in module, switch-out module, communication module, clock module, data storage module, keys module and frequency detecting module are also discussed. Lastly, according to the device’s technology request the hardware circuit is chosen and the hardware design is finished. The system software uses typical up to down and modular designing methods. In this dissertation, the total frame of main program, the design of A/D sampling interrupt program, the design of CAN communication program and the processing of communication message are explained mainly. After comparing several kinds of data type operating time, the integer and long integer data are used to reduce the data calculating time. So it satisfies the device’s real time request quite well. And several problems in software designing and debugging are summarized in this dissertation at last.The device has passed the total experimental validation. Experiment result shows that this device completes the exact current protections, voltage protections and alarms. It realizes the accurate measurement, calculation, storage and display of measuring data. It fulfills the remote surveillance by PC through CAN communication. Experiment result shows that the designed device has achieved anticipative target. And the development of a new, advanced low voltage distributed power line protection device is well completed.
