重庆都市旅游研究与开发

Research and Development on Chongqing Urban Tourism

【摘要】 包含都市旅游在内的城市旅游是20世纪80年代才迅速发展起来的一种旅游新现象,它是以特定的区域作为城市空间依托,结合城市综合水平,吸引人们开展一系列诸如都市观光、都市风情、都市生活、都市购物、都市娱乐以及城市建设等活动的一种体验旅游方式。其实质是对现代城市文明的向往和追求。都市的性质和特点决定了都市旅游不同于其它旅游形式的特性。 重庆开发都市旅游是建立在具备丰富的都市旅游资源的基础上,而重庆都市旅游资源源于重庆特殊的地理环境和长期历史发展过程的文化沉淀。尤其是山城风貌、巴渝文化、抗战文化、红岩革命文化、都市休闲文化最具资源特色。长期以来,重庆在中国乃至世界均有极大的影响力,拥有不少引以为自豪的特色形象,重庆应根据自身资源特色和优势竭力打造鲜明而富有感召力的城市形象,即:雄起豪放的山水城市,影响世界的远东历史名城,最具活力的西部中心城市。 重庆都市旅游的发展还须在现已开发的都市旅游资源的基础上,重点建造主城区的中央游憩区和商业圈,环主城区的旅游度假带,开发工业旅游,最终创造条件实施国际化战略。一个城市国际化程度越高,都市旅游的发展势头也就越强大。 21世纪将是一个经济国际化、全球化的时代,国际贸易和国际投资迅猛发展,我们正面对着一个竞争日趋激烈,交往日趋频繁的国际环境。在如些激烈的国际竞争环境下,国内旅游市场国际化,国际竞争国内化已是大势所趋。重庆实行国际化的都市旅游也是必然选择。发展重庆都市旅游,必须以相关的科学理论为基础,借鉴国内外城市旅游成功经验,以此来指导和发展重庆都市旅游。 本论文的主要成果体现在:一、较为系统地总结了国内外都市旅游研究的最新成果。二、提出了重庆都市旅游未来发展的几个方面的思路和构建。三、对都市旅游发展对策提出了自己的见解。

【Abstract】 City tourism, including urban tourism, is a new phenomenon of tourism, which rapidly developed in the 1980s. Urban tourism is a kind of travel way, depending on city space, combining city comprehensive level, attracting people to urban to get involved in sightseeing, refreshing, lodging, shopping, enjoying, and city constructing. In essence, it is a pursuit of modern urban civilization. So the nature and characteristics of the cities embed in urban tourism distinctive features from other forms of tourism.Chongqing has a good reputation for its city image with unique natural resources, long history and wide range culture. The development on Congqing urban tourism is based on the rich resources, which owes to the special geography surroundings and cultural accumulation. The foremost advantages in Chongqing resources is Mountain city highlights, BaYu culture, Anti-War capital culture, Hongyan culture, and city leisure culture. Chongqing should make efforts to mould identical and inspiring tourism image. That is: river and mountain city with generous feature; historical city in the far East with wide influence; and the central city in the West Area with lively power.In order to develop the city itself, Chongqing should learn the native and foreign countries successful experience of city tourism, and set up central break area and commercial zone, and resort circle around downtown of city, as well as develop industrial travel because of its own specialty, and realize internationalized strategies as its end..21 century is an era of internationalized and globalized economy, with the international trade and investment quickly developing. We are confronting with an international environment, in which there are fierce competition and frequent communication. Under such circumstance, native tourism market becomes internationalized, and international competition becomes nationalized one. Chongqing urban tourism is unavoidable.The achievements of this paper consist first in having generalized the lateststudies in urban tourism in China and foreign country, next in constructing a primary theory system of urban tourism development, and thirdly putting forward to my own opinion on urban tourism developing strategies.
