井下电视成像技术研究

【摘要】 随着油气田的开发,地层测试技术对提高采收率是十分重要的。井下电视成像技术就是专门用于油气田的裸眼井、套管井,甚至油管中的直观测试。通过井下电视,可以对井下的各种复杂现象进行直接观测,获取常规测试无法得到的复杂现象和资料,为复杂问题的分析和研究提供可视信息;井下视像改进和提高了对井筒问题的诊断能力,通过对图像信息的处理,可了解渗流规律,诊断地层结构和油层分布情况。总之,该项技术在石油领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文的主要目标是研究出一套可应用于油管中的耐高温、高压,抗腐蚀并采用数字信号传输图象信号的先进的井下电视成像系统。本文的主要研究内容和成果如下: 1.井下电视系统的设计与调试。以ADV611/612作为对图像信号进行压缩和解压的核心芯片,用DSP芯片TMS320F240来对图像制式分解、制式合成以及ADV611/612芯片进行初始化操作、行动控制。在软件上采用了模块化设计。 2.数字传输系统的设计和实验。用频分多路的高速传输体制,将井下信号传输到地面。此方案的数字体系在国内外首次提出。在6000米的单芯测井电缆上进行传输实验研究,14MHz的基带信号可以无失真的传输。 3.井下摄像头的耐高温、高压及防污染技术研究。采用小镜头并装置防护壳,引入真空隔离层,使摄像头与高温、高压隔离,镜头上增设特殊的活性膜,可保持镜头的清洁,防止油污。

【Abstract】 Along with the development of oil and gas resources, the technology of stratum testing is more and more important in increasing the recovery ratio. The downhole video technology plays an important role in the test of cased well and naked well. By using the downhole television, we can directly observe the intricate phenomenon of downhole and get some visible information which is impossible to capture by conventional test method. The downhole video imaging technology improves the diagnostic ability of oil and gas well. According to the processing of image information, we can know the rule of seepage and diagnose the structure of stratum and the distribution of oil layer. In a word, this kind of technology has a good prospect in oil field.The major purpose of this dissertation is to study a downhole video imaging system which transmits video digital image signal. It can resist the high temperature, high pressure and erosion. The major content and outcome is listed as follows.1. The designing and debugging of downhole television system. The ADV611/612 acts as the hardcore of image signal compress and decompress chips. The DSP chips TMS320F240 are used to initialize and control the SAA7113 chip (which decomposes image format), the ADV7175 chip (which compose image format) and the ADV611/612 chip. The modularization method is adopted in the design of software.2. The design and test of digital transmission system. The signal is transmitted from downhole to ground based on the variety of frequency. The digital system is presented the first time in the world. When we conduct the transmission on the 3000 meters long single core of cable, the transmit speed amounts to 1Mbit per second.3. The studies of resistance of High temperature, high pressure and dirt. Pinhole camera is used in this system and the defense device is built in. The introduction of isolated layer make the pinhole camera departs from high temperature and high pressure. Special active velamen is added to the camera to keep it clean and resist the dirt.
