化工装置总变监控系统研究与设计

【摘要】 化工装置总变的生产过程是将高电压等级的电能转换为低电压等级并再次分配的过程,此过程中涉及电压、电流、有功功率、无功功率、功率因数等多个参数的检测和控制,尤其是主变低压侧的电压控制和各种保护控制对保证生产运行和供电质量是最为关键和重要的,所以化工装置总变生产过程实现自动化检测与控制意义重大。 本文参考了近年来全国多个总变生产过程自动化控制系统的设计方案,为大庆石化公司乙烯110kV总变设计了一套自动化检测控制系统。根据生产工艺技术参数的要求,结合性能价格等因素,首先设计了现场检测部件(电流互感器和电压互感器)和各保护测控装置。然后,根据总变集中监视分散控制的特点,设计了基于CAN-BUS现场总线的分布式计算机控制系统。 最后,本文完成了系统软件的设计,并将成功地在总变得以实现。预计本系统运行正常,供电可靠。

【Abstract】 The process of chief transformer substation of chemical equipment is the process that transform high voltage grade electrical energy sources to low voltage grade and redistribute electrical energy sources. It involves the measurement and the control of many process parameters, such as voltage, electrical current, efficiency power, invalid power, power factor and so on. It is the most pivotal and important to control the low voltage grade of chief transformer substation, which pledges the running production and quality of electrical source supply. So, it is valuable that automatic inspection and control are brought into effect in the process in the chief transformer substation of chemical equipment.Article referred to some recent designs of automatic control production-process system of chief transformer substation in CHINA. And a series of control systems had been designed for the 110kV chief transformer substation of petrochemical company, DAQING. Firstly, the measurements in locals (CT and PT) and control equipment are designed according to the factors of technology and price. Then, the distributed computer control is designed based on CAN-BUS field-bus according to the point of centralize surveillance and distributed control.Finally, system software is designed, then the measurement and control system are used successfully in the chief transformer substation. At present ,the system runs normally and supply energy reliably.
