小井眼固井顶替效率研究

【摘要】 本文用严格数学物理方法,结合室内实验,对小井眼固井顶替过程进行了研究,推出适合计算机运算的偏心环空中液体层流运动方程组,编制了计算机程序,可实际计算偏心环空中顶替液的速度和流量,绘出场分布。在顶替实验装置上对小井眼顶替过程的流动状态进行了观察与测量,深入研究了偏心环空窄侧泥浆边界层的滞留机理,提出了“泥浆滞留线”及“泥浆滞留线上升速度”的概念,给出了提高小井眼固井顶替效率的途径和方法。为进一步研究固井顶替效率机理及固井施工计算机仿真模拟提供了依据。

【Abstract】 In the thesis, by researching the cementing substitution process in slimhole based on strict methods of mathematical physics, the equations of laminar flow in an iccenttric annulus that fit for calculating with computer are derived. The corrspponding programs for calculating the velocity and flowrate of substitutive liquid and plotting the distribution field in the iccentric annulus are also given.By the experimental equipment the flow rate of substitution can be directly observed and measured.The mechanism of hysteresis effect of mud flow in the narrow side of the iccentric annulus has been deeply studied, hysteresis line and the rising velocity characterizing the phenomenon are defined and measured-Several methods to improve cementing substitution efficiency in slimhole are given,which provide basis for furtlor researching cementing substitution theory and computer imitation in cementing construction.
