【摘要】 印章在传统的政府办公中起着十分重要的作用，本文将讨论传统印章的特点，研究数字(信息)化环境中的电子印章系统。其主要内容有： 1、政府办公传统印章系统的特点，传统印章的申请、保存、分发、使用并对其安全性进行分析。 2、结合传统印章系统，研究数字化环境中的电子印章系统，讨论电子印章系统中印章的申请、保存、分发、使用并进行必要的安全性分析。 3、讨论如何在现有的政府办公电子化的基础上，设计简单的电子印章系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The conventional seals play an important role in the government. This paper will discuss the characteristic of the conventional seals and study the system of electronic seals .
