探析思想政治教育对象角色心理的社会价值

【摘要】 思想政治教育是党的一项十分重要的工作，尤其是为全面建设小康社会的到来，它所要完成的任务和完成任务的难度，比以往任何时候都要大得多。应当怎样改进和加强思想政治教育，增强其针对性和有效性，是当前普遍面临的一个问题。 本文从思想政治教育对象与社会角色的内在统一性出发，在分析思想政治教育对象角色心理的基础上，选取党政领导干部角色、职业女性角色、青少年角色和农民工角色这四类角色群体，针对其在角色实践中面临的最为主要的角色扮演困难与不适，提出应对之策，以使其成为名副其实的社会需要的角色承担者，分别担负起“人民公仆”、“半边天”、“接班人”及农业人口城镇化过程中的转换角色。 我们把角色心理引入思想政治教育对象的研究中，根本目的在于通过分析思想政治教育对象的角色心理，根据其角色心理进行思想政治教育，增强思想政治教育的实效性，为思想政治教育服务。这也即是本文对思想政治教育社会价值之体现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ideological and political education is a very important work for our Party. We have much to do and it’s difficult to complete, which is even more so in the new period of our wholly constructing the moderately well-off society. Meanwhile, it’s a popular problem how to improve and strengthen the ideological work while enhancing its efficiency.Beginning with discussions over the coordination between receivers of the ideological and political education and their social roles, this present study mainly focuses on the four role groups, namely role of Party’s cadre, role of professional woman, role of adolescence and role of peasant-workers and puts forward the countermeasures for the difficulties and disorders in their roles playing while allowing for their role minds. By doing so, they can become actual role players that the society needs and bear the role of "public servants of the people", "half the sky", "Successor" and also transferring in the urbanization of rural population respectively.The aim of our showing role minds into the study of receivers of the ideological education is to enhance the ideological work’s efficiency and thus make it serve the ideological education through analyzing the receivers’ role minds, which is also an indication of this study’s significance for the social values of ideological and political education.更多还原
