法制建设和道德建设在社会稳定与发展中的作用

【摘要】 从人的本质出发，社会稳定与发展需要法制与道德的调节。法制与道德都是属于上层建筑，是统治阶级的意志和利益的体现，两者在功能上互相补充、协调，对维护统治阶级的利益，巩固其地位，促进社会稳定与发展有巨大作用。在社会主义社会里，加强社会主义法制建设和道德建设，有着重要的历史意义。在经济上，加强法制建设和道德建设是社会主义社会市场经济发展的客观需要，并能促进其发展。在政治上，加强法制建设和道德建设，能实现社会主义民主，保障人权，促进人的自由全面发展；调整社会关系和矛盾，促进社会稳定与发展；并提高执政党的执政水平，稳定中国共产党的领导核心地位，巩固人民民主专政。在文化上，加强社会主义法制建设和道德建设能促进社会主义文化的繁荣与发展。所以加强法制建设与道德建设就要做到：坚持江总书记提出的“三个代表”思想的指导；健全和完善社会主义法制体系和道德体系，推进社会主义法制体制改革和道德体制建构；坚持依法行政与公务员职业道德建设相结合的原则；坚持以人民为主体，多渠道进行法制教育与道德教育，才能促进社会主义社会的稳定与繁荣。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the nature of human beings, the involving of legal and moral adjusting is needed to ensure the stability and wholesome development of the society. Both legal system and moral principles of the realm of the superstructure fully embody the interests and will of the ruling class,and are independent and coordinative with each other. This has great effect in safeguarding the interests, strengthening the ruling of the ruling class, and promoting the social stability as well as its wholesome development.In our socialist state, strengthening the socialism in respect of legal system and moral principles is of historical significance and this can be observed in the following points. In economy, socialist legal construction and moral construction is the natural need of the socialist market economy and can quicken its tempo. In politics, the strengthening of legality and morality can bring about socialist democracy, and ensure human rights by promoting the free and all-round development oP the individual, can requite the social relations doing with the social contradiction so as to guarantee the stability and wholesome development of society ;and above all better and stabilize the governing of our communist party,strengthen the people’s democratic dictatorship with the enhancement of the core position of our party in its exercising leadership in our country. In culture, socialist legal construction and moral construction will witness the flourishing of the socialist culture in china.In order to promote the socialist legal construction and moral construction, the following points should be followed .For the first, adhere to the "three representatives" posed by chairman Jiang Zeming; For the second, develop the socialist legal system and moral principle, and advance the reforming of the socialist legal system as well as the construction of the socialist moral principle. For the third, hold on such principles as administrating legally and morally. And for the last , believe that people should be the main body of the society, and the stabilizing and flourishing of the socialism and only be realized by educated people with laws and moral principles in any ways.更多还原
