基于GIS的矿产资源管理系统研究——以榆林地区为例

【摘要】 国土资源部在国土资源大调查中提出了“数字国土”工程,这是继“数字地球”概念之后的又一大信息化工程,表明资源信息化管理已成为当今科技领域的重要课题之一。矿产资源是国土资源资源的一个重要组成部分,是人类赖以生存和发展的最基本、最重要的生产资料之一,也是国民经济和社会发展的物质基础。因此,改变传统的管理方式,应用现代信息技术建立矿产资源信息管理系统对促进矿产资源的合理开发利用具有十分重要的意义。地理信息系统正是一门对空间数据的存储、管理、分析、显示的综合性技术,其强大的空间查询与分析功能已被广泛应用于自然科学与社会科学,尤其是在国土资源管理领域中。为此本文以GIS软件为平台,开展了榆林矿产资源信息管理系统的设计与开发工作,在理论和实践上探讨一种矿产资源管理的信息化方法。 文中在分析了系统功能需求的基础上,建立了图形数据与属性数据两类相结合的数据库,实现了图形数据库中内部属性表与属性数据库中外挂属性表的连接,将图形数据与属性数据统一存储、处理和分析,可对矿区已有资料实施信息化管理。选取MAPGIS6.0为开发平台,利用其提供的API函数和MFC类库,以VC++6.0为编程语言,基于Windows环境下进行了系统主要功能模块的开发与程序设计实现,研制了一套集属性数据管理、图形数据管理、信息查询、报表输出为一体的以县(市)为单位的矿产资源信息管理系统。并以榆林地区为例,验证了系统的可行性,经在榆林矿管局使用,本系统性能稳定、操作简单、界面友好、使用方便,可以满足矿产资源信息的日常管理的需要,对提高矿产资源的管理水平起到积极的推进作用,具有很好的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 "Digital land" project posed by National Land Resources Ministry in land and resource survey,is another information project after "digital earth".This indicates resource information management has been one of the important subjects in present science and technology fields.The mineral resources are an important part of national land resources.They are one of the most basic and important production data which the human beings rely on for existence and develope by.and also are the matter foundation of national economy and society development.Thefore,it’s very significant to promote rationally developing and utilizing the mineral resources by changing the traditional management method,applying the modern information technology to establish the mineral resources management system.Geographic Information System is just a comprehensive information technology capable to store,manage,analyze and display spatial data,and its powerful spatial query and spatial analysis function have been used in both natural and social sciences,especially in the field of the national resources management.On GIS platform,the article studies the designment and development of the mineral resources management system in Yulin,and probes into an information method of the mineral resources management in theory and practice.Based on analyzing the requirements of the system’s functions,the author establishes the two databases combined with:the graphic database and attribute database.And the author realizes the link between the interior table of the graphic database and the outside table of the attribute database by thekey field.So the graphic data is stored,disposed and analyzed corresponding with the attribute data,and the collected data of the mining area can be implemented with the information management.Based on MAPGIS 6.0 system development platform,using the API function and MFC which the platform supplies,with Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0, with the environment of the windows,the author developes the main function modules and its realization of the programming designment.Based on the above studies,the author successfully developes the mineral resources management system with the unit of county or city based on GIS.The system is integrated with the functions: attribute data management,graphic data management,information query,report output.The system is available with the sample of Yulin districts.It has the following properties:stable perfermance,simple operation,friendly interface and good convenience in use. Used in Mineral Resources Bureau of Yulin ,the system not only reaches the requirements of the daily resource mieral management and promotes greatly the management of the mineral resources and also has widely prospects in applications.
