开放式热切割机数控软件系统的研究

【摘要】 本文在叙述了火焰切割机数控技术的发展历史、目前的研究状况以及未来的发展趋势的前提下,结合哈尔滨焊接切割成套设备公司“开放式热切割机系统的研究”课题,针对传统的专用封闭控制系统的不足提出了基于工业微机基础上的开放式数控系统参考模型,阐述了开放化数控系统的特点、开放化途径、方法和形式。 文中对数控热切割机的软件系统做了较为全面的分析,探讨了windows系统的多任务功能在切割机(上位机)软件系统中的重要作用,分析了切割机多任务系统。以数控切割机的数据处理流程为核心,对系统的数据处理过程进行了全面的分析和阐述,并根据这个核心的需要将控制系统的各个基础模块给予确定。本文对系统的功能定义和实现也进行了必要的阐述。 本文在介绍了进行刀具半径补偿的分类、基本概念以及转接向量的转接情况的基础上,对刀具半径补偿的关键技术转接向量的计算公式的推导做了更加详细的阐述。从刀补建立、刀补执行和刀补撤销三个必需的过程入手全面介绍了刀补运算实现的过程。并根据实际的加工例子逐步地推演了刀补运算在连续的加工过程中的实现方法和具体的计算过程。 按照所提出的系统模型,本文中所介绍的数控系统采用了上下位机模式实现。本文在简单介绍了下位机结构、数控系统硬件的大体构成等内容的基础上对系统的上、下位机间通讯的实现做了较详细的阐述。同时,对系统对应的与下位机相联系的运动控制实现方法也做了较为详尽的阐述。

【Abstract】 In this dissertation, we depicted the development of TCM-CNC SYSTEM, the level of TCM-CNC SYSTEM study, and the intending trend of TCM-CNC SYSTEM study. In the light of the research project "Intelligent and Fuzzy Control TCM-CNC system", this dissertation presents detailed research on the openness of TCM-CNC system. Aiming at traditional expert blocked control system, the dissertation brings forward a model of TCM-CNC SYSTEM which bases on open thought and IPC. Then, the dissertation discussed the characteristic of system, the way and the form of openness by the numbers.This dissertation presents the construction of the software of the numerical control system, and then discusses the essentiality partition of multitask function of Windows 98/NT operating system. Aiming at the core of data processing, the dissertation expatiates the course of data processing of system. According to the need of this cord, the dissertation ensures the basic module of the system and describes the frame of software of system. According to the need of practicality, the dissertation plots out detailed module. In addition, the dissertation presents essentially functional definitions and realization of system.On the base of depiction of basic conception of compensation the, type of compensation, the connective vector and the form of connection, the dissertation describes the principle of the compensation of tool, especially the consequence of formulae of compensation in detail. Proceeding with the establishment of compensation of tool, the performance of compensation and the withdrawal of compensation, the dissertation introduced the process of realization of compensation of tool completely. According to actual example, the dissertation deduced the course of realization of compensation and the process of idiographic calculation.In term of the model that we have advanced, the numerical control system adopts two-CPU mode. They are different attached CPUs. On the base of presentation of real time manipulative CPU’s structure, numerical control system’s structure of hardware, the dissertation presents realization of communication between two CPUs. At the same time, the dissertation expatiates definition of the signs, corresponding realization of alternation and the way of motion control completely.
