连续挤压工程研究中心管理信息系统的开发

【摘要】 利用信息技术,在网络环境下建立企业管理信息系统对于减轻管理人员的劳动强度,提高工作质量和效率,提高信息资源的利用率和管理水平,都具有十分重要的意义。 以大连铁道学院连续挤压工程技术开发中心为应用背景,针对连续挤压生产线制造企业的独有特点,开发了一个能覆盖同类行业的科研、生产、购销、财务、库存等各主要部门的集成化管理信息系统。 为了满足企业网络化和集成化的需要,系统基于三层结构的分布式客户/服务器模式(Client/Server)构建,数据库选用多用户大型关系数据库系统MS SQL Server 2000,充分保证了数据库的大容量和高度安全性。本系统中客户端及中间层应用程序的开发工具采用Visual Basic 6.0,它具有开发界面直观、操作简单、功能强大等优点,对后台数据库的访问采用OLE DB接口技术。 系统重点对具有自身特色的设备管理子系统和备件管理子系统的划分、管理、设计与实现方法进行了深入研究。此外,对系统功能结构划分、开发及应用环境、数据库分布策略和软件结构也进行了探讨。 该系统能及时反馈企业的各种科研、生产和经营状态,将各种管理信息按客观规律高度集成和快速处理,给企业决策者提供决策依据。该系统设计新颖,功能齐全,界面友好,操作方便,实现了科研生产管理的科学化,高效化。系统提供界面友好的在线帮助,增强了系统的透明性,使用户可以在短时间内掌握系统的运行原理。应用结果表明,该系统具有很强的实用性和稳定性。

【Abstract】 Make use of the information technique and establish management information system of enterprise, which is beneficial to alleviating managers’ labour intensity, increasing the work quality and efficiency, increasing the utilization rate of the information resources. In addition, it will play an important role in improving the modern management level of the enterprise.Under the background of a CONFORM engineering scientific research center in Dalian railway university, the deviser developed an integration management information system which includes most departments, such as scientific research, produce, purchase & sale, finance and stock.For meeting the need of network and integration for corporation, the system was based on three tiers distributed Client/Server net model. The deviser selected the Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as database. It is a large relation database system, which can guarantee the database’s big capacity and the high safety. Visual Basic 6.0 is the application program development tool in client and middle tier. The OLE DB technology is used to as interview towards backstage database.As to the parts management subsystem and the equipments management subsystem, which have top special features. The demarcation, management, design and realization methods of them are deeply researched. The division of the system function structure, the software development and application environment, the distribute strategy of database and the software construction are also discussed.This system can feedback all kinds of status in time, such as scientific research, produce, manage etc. And then the system integrate and deal with those information rapidly by objective laws, so that the manager of the enterprise make decision accurately.The system has many merits, such as novel design, various function, friendly interface, convenient operation It makes the management of scientific researchand produce more scientific and efficient. Improving the opening of the system, on-line help users master the principle in short time. After being tested for a few days, the system showed strong practicability and stability.
