锅炉现场总线控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,控制技术已经从集散式控制系统(DCS)向现场总线控制系统(FCS)过渡,并将逐步被后者所取代,现场总线系统的核心是现场总线,现场总线技术是计算机技术、通信技术和控制技术的综合和集成,它的出现使控制系统产生了深刻的变革。现场总线控制技术以其全数字、全分散、全开放的特点,正逐渐发展成为二十一世纪自动控制的主体。CAN总线作为现场总线的标准之一,由于其具有高性能、高可靠性、及独特的设计,越来越受到人们的重视,其应用范围越来越广,并被认为是最有前途的现场总线之一。SHCAN2000型现场总线控制系统便是基于CAN总线的现场总线控制系统,这种系统特别适合于中小型系统,受到的广泛的推广和应用,为我国现有工业企业生产装置的高技术化提供一条新途径。 锅炉作为将一次能源转化为二次能源的重要设备之一,其工作情况的好坏直接影响到能源利用率的高低。目前在我们国家绝大多数企业的锅炉生产还在实行人工操作,生产技术落后,能源利用率低,工作人员劳动强度大、工作环境差,但效率却很低下。为了充分发挥能源效能,促进国民经济的迅速发展,实现锅炉生产的自动控制是一个必然的趋势,所以说,设计一套安全、可靠、有效的控制系统势在必行。 本文针对两台20t/h供热锅炉,提出了一套现场总线控制系统方案。本文详细论述了锅炉SHCAN2000型系统的软件、硬件体系结构,系统应用过程中软硬件设计及实现。结合锅炉控制系统改造项目的应用背景,提出了采用SHCAN2000型现场总线控制系统实现锅炉生产的自动控制,包括各种回路自动控制、数据自动采集、友好的人机接口、试验报表的自动生成等,并介绍了上位机操作站和现场控制单元的功能组态实现。 本课题设计的锅炉现场总线控制系统已经在大连开发区金源小区得到了成功的应用,系统功能强大、控制效果好,具有良好的推广应用价值。证明本文提出的锅炉现场总线控制方案设计合理,切实可行,为大连铁道学院工学硕卜学位论文现场总线在工业控制领域的进一步应用作了有益的尝试。

【Abstract】 The control technology has changed from distributed control system(DCS) to fieldbus control system(FCS) now and will be replaced by the latter. The core of FCS is fieldbus, and the technology of fieldbus is the synthesis and the integration of the computer technology, the communication technology, control technology, The fieldbus brought profound transformation. For the characteristics of full-digital, full-dispersive, full-opening, the fieldbus control technology i s becoming the main of auto-control. As one of the standard of fieldbus, CAN has been regarded as one of the most promising fieldbus for its high-powered, high-reliability and particular design, and has been used in more and more fields. SHCAN2000 control system is based on the CAN, which adapts to medium-small-sized system, and being extended and used broadly, has provided a new way for our enterprises’ production equipment.As one of important devices that transformed the crude resource into quadric resource, the boiler’s working status affects the using rate of resource directly. At present, the boiler running is controlled by hand in most enterprises of our country with uncultured technology, low using rate of resource, high working intensity, bad working condition. It is necessary that design a safe, reliable, efficient control system for exerting resource virtue, proving the development of national economy.This paper puts forward a fieldbus control system project in allusion to two 20t/h heating boilers. This paper discusses software and hardware construction of boiler SHCAN2000fieldbus, the design and realization of software and hardware inthe course of practical application. Integrating boiler control computer reconstructing, the paper presents the solution of adopting SHCAN2000 system to realize auto control, including loop auto control, test data auto-collection, friendly human-machine interface, test reports auto building, etc. The function configuration realization of operation station and field control unit is discussed in this paper.This control system has successfully applied in Jinyuan area at Dalian development zone. The system has strong function, good control effect, and generalize application value. This proves the scheme design properly and practically, which realizes boiler control by FCS. This paper makes valuable attempt for field-bus’ further application on industry control field.
