高速线材轧机传动系统在线监测与故障诊断

【摘要】 故障诊断对于大型设备正常运行的重要性已逐渐被人们所认识。单一、各自独立的监测与诊断系统已不能适应现代大工业连续生产的要求,而基于计算机网络的分布式监测与诊断系统具有良好的开放性,实现资源共享,使来源不同的诊断资源能相互协作,共同解决诊断问题,避免重复开发,是当前和今后一段时间内的发展主流。 本文介绍了在线监测和故障诊断的发展现状、湘钢高速轧机的情况以及针对湘潭钢铁公司高线厂开发的高速轧机在线监测及故障诊断系统。并从两部分重点介绍了该系统:一是结合CORBA及SOAP/Web Service技术,并在诊断系统中用C++ Builder实现,较好地解决了实时数据的动态显示以及负载均衡等问题;二是故障诊断部分,在时域、频域、幅值域振动信号进行特征提取、趋势分析以判定故障的位置、类型及严重程度。同时对软件提出了改进和完善意见。 高速轧机传动系统在线监测与故障诊断系统具有可移植性和可扩充性、安全可靠、抗干扰能力强,软件功能丰富、操作方便,通过图形和用户界面提示操作,硬件配置结构合理。对于企业使用和开发新一代远程诊断系统具有借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 At present fault diagnosis has been paid attention to acquaint especially for great facility. Single and independent monitoring and fault diagnosis system can’t meet the build-in needs of successive production in modern industries, but the distributed system based on internet is open, knowledge sharing, resources from different developer cooperate to solve the diagnosis problem and avoid exploiting again.In this thesis, the current development of the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis is introduced. The high-speed rolling mill of the Xiangtan Iron & Steel Group Company Limited and the exploited software system are also introduced. The two main parts are following: one is that the system, applied by the C++ Builder and integrated by the CORBA and SOAP/Web Service, has solved the dynamic display of the real-time data and load equilibrium; the other is the fault diagnosis part which includes the feature extraction and trend analysis of the data, in the time-domain, frequency-domain and amplitude-domain, in order to predicate the faults’ places, style and serious degree. At the same time, this thesis proposes the improving suggestions of the software.On-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system about high speed wire rod rolling mill transmission agent is provided with replant ability, well expansion, better security, strong anti-disturbance. The software is affluent in the function. Operation is convenient. Its graphs and user interfaces can guide the operator to complete the operation. The hardware have reasonable configuration. So the system uses for reference to enterprises’ application and exploitation secondly.
