面向过程管理的过程诊断理论及辅助软件系统研究

【摘要】 过程管理的理论方法是从持续改进企业业务过程的角度提出的,它强调了对业务过程进行管理而不是再造,这一点是过程管理区别于业务流程重组的一个重要标志。尽管过程管理思想对企业改进业务过程具有重大作用,但是由于缺乏有效的集成工具的支持,过程管理思想的推广遇到了很大障碍。本文正是从研究过程管理集成支撑软件系统的角度出发,提出并研究了过程管理集成支撑软件系统中的一个重要子系统——面向过程管理的过程诊断系统。本文结合国家自然科学基金资助项目(No.70071029)—“过程管理的理论与方法及其实施应用研究”和浙江省科技计划重点资助项目(No.011106241)—“动态过程管理应用实施研究”,重点研究了过程诊断方法、过程诊断体系结构等方面的问题,并完成了过程诊断系统的设计和实现。第一章介绍了业务流程重组和过程管理的概念及其理论方法,并对两者间的异同进行了讨论。分析过程管理产生的必然性;介绍了过程管理集成支撑软件体系的基本框架;针对过程诊断的一些基本概念进行了研究和讨论;最后阐述了本论文的研究目的、意义及其框架结构。第二章讨论了过程诊断应当采取的策略,对面向顾客、基准定位、持续改进以及故障检测还是故障预防等策略进行了探讨;对现有的一些与过程诊断相关的故障诊断方法进行了研究和比较;提出采用一种在已有诊断方法基础上进行综合和改进后的新方法作为业务过程诊断的方法。第三章提出了过程诊断层次分析法,并对过程诊断层次分析法的步骤、特点和相关重要问题进行了分析讨论;以过程诊断层次分析法为基础,对过程诊断系统进行了分析与设计;研究了过程诊断系统与其他过程管理子系统的集成,分析设计了过程诊断系统的数据流图、功能结构和数据模型,并提出了因果图的数据结构和编码方案。第四章提出了过程诊断系统实现的开发环境和开发工具,对系统实现过程中的重要技术问题进行了分析,讨论和介绍了过程诊断系统的实现,结合华立尼斯科电气有限公司的订单处理过程开展了案例研究,验证过程诊断层次分析法及过程诊断系统的实用性。第五章对全文进行了全面总结,指出了本论文的研究成果和不足之处,并对面向过程管理集成系统的过程诊断系统的理论研究和实践的进一步的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Base on the theory of continuous improving the business processes of enterprises, the theory & methodology of Process Management are proposed. Process Management emphasizes the management of processes, which is the main difference between Process Management and Business Process Reengineering (BPR) who insists on the reengineering of processes. Due to the lack of effective integrated Support Software System, the appb’cation of the theory & methodology of process management is blocked. Based on the study of Process Management Integrated Support Software System (PMIS3), this dissertation researches on Process Management - oriented Process Diagnosis System, which is a subsystem of PMIS3. Combined with the project supported by subject of National Nature Science Foundation of China (70071029) - Research on the theory and application of Process Management and science subject of Zhejiang province (011106241) -Research on the implement of dynamic process management, this dissertation mainly discuss several subjects such as process diagnosis method, process diagnosis system’s frame structure, design and the realization, etc.In chapter one, firstly introduces the theory & methodology of Process Management, and then discusses the difference between Process Management and Business Process Reengineering; Introduces the basic frame structure of PMIS3, and presents some basic concept of process diagnosis, finally, the meaning, intention, objective and the main work of this paper are presented.Chapter two discusses some basic strategy should be followed by process diagnosis, analyses and compares the existing failure diagnosis method, propose to develop a new failure diagnosis method for process diagnosis, which should be based on the integration and improvement of the existing failure diagnosis method.Chapter three proposes Hierachical Process Diagnosis Analysis (HPDA), also discusses steps, features and some related important problems of HPDA; based on HPDA, analyses and design the process diagnose system; and researches the process diagnosis system how to integrates with other process management sub-systems, designs the data flow diagram, function construct and data model of the process diagnose system, and presents data construct and code alternative of cause-effects diagram.Chapter four presents development environment and development tools, which are used to develop the process diagnosis system, analyses important technology problems which have been meet when develop the system, and introduces how to develop the system. Through a practical case study, Kieracnical Process Diagnosis Analysis and the process diagnosis system are prove to be effective.Chapter five summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the dissertation; the futureresearch work is also suggested.
