面向大批量定制生产的多项目并存管理若干关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 面向大批量定制多项目并存生产指在系统思想的指导下,充分协调好各个项目之间的关系,合理的在各个项目之间分配企业资源和富裕时差,最终实现每个项目都按大批量定制方式生产、客户得到自己满意产品、企业取得最大经济效益的过程。在大批量定制生产的五种类型中,ETO类型最具代表性,论文正是针对多项目并存情况下大批量定制的根据定单立项(ETO)类型的企业所面临的项目管理若干关键技术进行了研究。 第一章阐述课题的研究背景和目前的研究现状。并阐述了课题的研究意义。 第二章首先分析了面向大批量定制多项目并存生产的企业业务流程和面向大批量定制多项目并存生产的特征,并提出了面向大批量定制多项目并存管理的基本思想。然后,在此基础上,指出面向大批量定制多项目并存管理需要解决的关键问题。 第三章提出面向大批量定制多项目并存情况下的生产计划的基本思想。在对网络图进行规范化的基础上,提出了一种结合网络计划技术和MRPⅡ的生产计划模型。并阐述了车间生产的监控问题,提出了车间生产动态监控的方法和技术。 第四章提出了对面向大批量定制多项目并存生产企业中任务调度进行优化的方法,并对其进行了定量的分析。然后,利用面向对象技术,基于自定义多启发式的方法构造了一个面向大批量定制的多项目并存生产企业的资源冲突时的任务调度软件模型,并给出了软件模型的数学描述和算法实现。 第五章介绍了本文所研究的关键技术的整体应用框架以及计划与控制、生产安排和生产订单等子模块的实现框架,并给出了几个关键对象的数据结构和系统运行的具体实例。 第六章对论文的研究内容进行了总结并对面向大批量定制多项目并存管理技术进行了展望。

【Abstract】 MC-oriented multi-project production is a process in which each project get along well with each other, resource and overflow time is allocated among the projects so that every project can meet individual customer’s needs with mass production efficiency. Engineer-To-Order (ETO) is most typical among all the types of MC. In this dissertation, the key technologies of multi-project management under ETO are studied.In the first chapter, the background and the current situation are expounded firstly. Then the significance of this dissertation is elucidated.In the second chapter, the basic idea of MC-oriented multi-project management is set forth on the basis of analysis of characteristic of mass customization and operation flow of the enterprise. Then the key technologies of MC-oriented multi-project management are brought forward.In the third chapter, the basic idea of production plan of MC-oriented multi-project production is brought forward. Then a production plan model which integrates network plan technology and MRPⅡ is brought forward on the basis of standardization of network chart. And the problem of dynamic control is expounded.In the forth chapter, a kind of optimization of assignment of MC-oriented multi-project production is expounded. And an assignment model of MC-oriented multi-project production is brought forward which can resolve the problem of conflict on the basis of OO and customized heuristic. Then the concrete arithmetic is expounded.In the fifth chapter, a whole frame to which the key technologies are applied is presented as well as some of its sub-module. Then several key data structure and some instance are expounded.In the end, the main content of this dissertation is summarized and the related research in the future is prospected in the sixth chapter.
