螺旋翅片管换热器换热性能试验及计算机辅助试验

【摘要】 开槽螺旋翅片管换热器是一种新的翅片型式的换热器,具有较高的强化传热性能,其应用领域日趋广泛。对开槽螺旋翅片管换热器的换热和流动性能进行试验研究,有很大的现实意义。近年来计算机辅助试验(CAT)作为一种新的试验方法也正在各个领域被采用。把计算机辅助试验(CAT)的方法应用到换热器试验中,与实际仪器试验结合起来,可以提高试验效率。本文首先介绍了国内外换热器的研究和发展状况、各种换热器的型式以及换热器传热过程的基本方程。在此基础上对翅片效率进行了详细的理论分析。在热工综合试验台上分别对开槽螺旋翅片管换热器和普通连续螺旋翅片管换热器的换热和流动性能进行了试验研究,得出了翅片侧的Nu~Re,Eu~Re的关系曲线和试验关联式,并将两者进行了比较,结果表明在相同的试验条件下,开槽螺旋翅片管换热器的换热效果比连续螺旋翅片管换热器的换热性能有较大的提高,而流动阻力增加不多。把计算机辅助试验(CAT)的方法应用到换热器试验中。建立了换热器换热的数学模型,设计了数值计算的过程和计算程序,结合仪器试验所得数据,对开槽螺旋翅片管换热器进行了计算机辅助试验(CAT),得到了翅片侧对流换热系数和变工况运行的数据。本文最后对作者所做的工作进行了总结,提出了一些完善和改进所作工作的途径。

【Abstract】 Slot-helix finned tube heat exchanger is a new type heat exchanger, which heat transfer is greatly enhanced and is abroad used in many fields. So it is important to study the heat transfer and friction characteristics of the slot-helix finned tube heat exchanger. In recent years, as a new method, the Computer Aided Testing (CAT) is being used in many fields. Applying the method of Computer Aided Testing (CAT) into the heat exchanger experiment can improve experiment efficiency.In this paper, the status of the research and development of the finned tube heat exchangers and the type of the heat exchangers and the basic equation of heat transfer is introduced. Also the efficiency of the fin is detailedly analyzed in theory.Some experiments have been carried out in order to investigate the heat transfer and flowing characters of the slot-helix finned tube. The curves and corresponding correlation of the Nusselt numbers and friction factors (Nu-Re , Eu~Re ) of the fin side are obtained. Compared with the helix finned tube heat exchanger, the heat transfer of the slot-helix finned tube heat exchanger is greatly enhanced but the flowing resistance increases a little.Computer Aided Testing (CAT) is applied into the heat exchanger experiment. Mathematic model of heat transfer is set up and numerical calculate program is designed. Then the heat transfer coefficient of the fin side and some data of changing working conditions are obtained through experiment using the Computer aided test (CAT).At the last of this paper, all the work has been down is summarized, the way of developing and improving of the heat exchanger is put forward.
