大型异重循环流化床垃圾焚烧电厂监控系统的开发与研究

【摘要】 本课题从属于国家重点基础研究规划项目垃圾焚烧发电处理的集成课题,结合国家计委环保示范项目杭州乔司垃圾焚烧电厂的实际情况,借鉴国内外的先进技术和经验,对杭州乔司异重循环流化床垃圾焚烧电厂的计算机监控系统的开发进行了深入的研究。本文的研究工作正是围绕着监控系统的研制而展开的,重点是监控系统软、硬件的设计和自动控制功能的实现。 本项研究中采用可编程控制器(PLC)作下位机、工业控制计算机(PC)作上位机与热工参数测量传感器、变送器、操作控制器等组成集散型控制系统(DCS),上位机和下位机自动监测垃圾焚烧锅炉的各运行参数,并对异重循环流化床垃圾焚烧锅炉实行自动控制与调节。监控系统包括自动监测与自动控制两大部分,PLC负责完成数据采集与主要自动控制,PC机负责系统热工参数的二次处理、分析、显示和存储。同时,在各独立的监控系统间搭建了监控系统内部局域网,实现不同系统间的远程数据传输和即时通讯。 本文的研究工作还包括PLC和PC机的软件开发。PC软件由Visual C++开发。PLC软件由STEP 7软件包开发。PC机与PC机间的远程通讯模块采用微软Winsock软件包开发。 本文还进行了乔司电厂自动控制系统的设计,结合乔司电厂的特点,运用三段式智能PID控制和模糊控制原理设计了乔司电厂的各控制回路,并进行了PID控制参数的整定工作。

【Abstract】 This paper is subject to national emphasized groundwork research item about the disposal of the city waste using incineration , and it focuses on the research of the monitoring and controlling system of the multilayer Circulation Fluidized Bed boiler which is used in Hangzhou Qiaosi Power Plant, while considering an utilizing advanced technology and experience domestically and abroad. The key points of this paper include the design of software and hardware of the system, and the realization of automatic control function.The monitoring and controlling system adopts a total distributed control system (DCS) constituted by a programmable logic controller (PLC), a computer (PC) and thermal power engineering signal sensors,sender, controller, etc . PLC is used to collect data and perform automatic control mostly, while PC is adopted to monitor the operation process,analyze,display and store data. We also upbuild intranet between the different DCS systems to transfer the real time data and communicate.This paper contents software development of PLC and PC. The software for PC developed by Visual C++. The software for PLC programmed by STEP 7, The communication module programmed by Winsock Application Programming Interface.The design of an automatic control system for the Hangzhou Qiaosi Power Plant is also included in this paper. The system uses intelligent PID controller and fuzzy controller to design automatic control loops, and performs the adjustment of PID parameters.
