旋转机械状态监测系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 本论文结台某炼化公司关键设备状态监测与故障诊断系统的研制而展开。在深入分析原有监诊系统的基础上,结合本期系统开发的具体要求以及旋转机械状态监测的发展方向,确立了本文的研究内容:对状态监测系统的信号采集进行了具体的分析、设计,研究开发了满足实际需求的快变信号、慢变信号采集卡;根据原有系统数据管理使用情况,提出了数据管理的改进方案,并根据改进方案进行了开发,实际表明改进后的数据管理系统具有更好的性能。在上述工作的基础上构建了完整的状态监测系统,系统已经在某炼化企业生产实际中投入运行,获得一致的好评。论文的主要内容如下:第一章介绍了开展大型旋转机械故障诊断的意义,论述了大型旋转机械故障诊断的研究现状和发展趋势,结合课题背景,提出了本论文的主要研究任务。第二章首先分析了分布式旋转机械故障诊断体系结构的特点,设计了面向故障诊断的旋转机械状态监测系统的总体结构。第三章论述了传感器技术在状态监测系统中的重要意义,根据状态监测系统对传感器的要求,分析了传感器的特性和安装,并进行了选择。第四章分析了信号预处理的必要性,然后对状态监测系统中预处理电路的设计给出具体方案,并对具体方案进行分析校核。第五章根据现有信号分析的理论基础和现场应用需要,提出了快变信号、慢变信号的采集方案,设计了快变信号、慢变信号采集电路开发了快变信号、慢变信号采集卡,并在实际生产中取得了应用。第六章首先分析了状态监测系统数据管理的特殊性和重要性,并在此基础上引入实时数据库基本理论,设计了面向状态监测的数据管理系统,实现了状态监测系统的功能。根据实时数据库理论,提出了数据管理改进方案。第七章开发了旋转机械状态监测的软件系统,给出了状态监测系统现场应用实例。第八章绐出了全文的结论和展望。

【Abstract】 According to the project that contains the study and design of state monitoring and fault diagnosis of large crucial equipments in a certain domestic oil company that circumrorate in high speed, This paper is made. Based on the detailed analysis of the old Monitoring and Diagnosis system, according to the requirement of this new system, the whole design and funtion of this system is established. This paper makes detailed analysis of data acquire system and developed own data acquire card. This paper also gives the new design of data management system based on the analysis of old data management system. The main content of this paper is gives in the next paragraphs.Chapter One introduced the signification of monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotation machine first, then discuss the developmental actuality of its trends.Based on the research background.the research task is expressed.Chapter Two reviewed the history of distributed monitorin and fault diagnosis system of roation machine,gived the frame of this paper.Chapter Three gives the signification of the sensor of monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotation machine system. Based on the requirement of the monitoring and fault diagnosis system,this chapter analyzed the selection and fixing of the sensor.Chapter Four analyzed the pretreatment of the signals from sensor, then this chapter gives the design and checked of pretreatment circuit.Chapter Five designed the data acquire cards of the monitoring and fault diagnosis system. The data acquire cards include three kinds: Keyphase card, high speed data acquire card and low speed data acquire card. The process of the research, the design, the development is expressed detailed in this chapter.Chapter Six gives the new design of the data management of the monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on the analysis of the old managment.Chapter Seven introduced the software of data acquirement system and data management. This chapter also gives the monitoring example of the system.In the last Chapter, all of the works in this dissertation are summed up. The future research of monitoring and fault diagnosis is prospected.
