面向MC的产品结构与生产工艺管理技术及其应用研究

【摘要】 大批量定制生产是以大批量生产的效率向客户提供定制产品的一种生产模式。研究大批量定制生产条件下的产品结构与生产工艺管理技术具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文在分析大批量定制的基本特点和相关技术的基础上,较为系统的研究了面向大批量定制的产品结构与生产工艺管理的技术。论文共分六章。 第一章阐述了现代生产制造企业面临的主要问题,分析了大批量定制的基本原理、特点,论述了大批量定制的相关技术,分析了大批量定制生产的问题描述以及解决方案的特点,最后给出了本文的研究内容与组织结构。 第二章根据大批量定制条件下产品结构管理的要求和特点,提出了基于组件技术的产品功能模块技术;分析了大批量定制条件下BOM的特点,按照订单生产和多项目管理的特点,将BOM按层次划分为组合产品BOM和功能结构BOM;改进和提升了已有的树状结构模型,引入了部分网状模型;最后讨论了大批量定制条件下产品结构树的实现和产品结构的后续增补。 第三章首先分析了已有工艺重用技术的缺陷,在此基础上引入了工艺数据重用的相似性思想和成组技术思想,给出了面向大批量定制的工艺管理的体系结构,给出了一种基于相似性的多态查询算法,研究了工艺的获取方法,最后讨论了工艺数据库的维护等。 第四章分析了面向大批量定制的生产资源管理的基本特点和意义,讨论了基于相似性的生产资源管理,研究了大批量定制条件下生产资源分配的影响因素以及流程,最后对生产资源的分配和动态调整进行了定性分析。 第五章介绍了作者参与的一个实际项目的具体内容和实现方法,是本论文所研究的大批量定制的理论与方法在工程实践中的成功应用。 第六章对全文进行了总结,对将来的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Mass Customization is a kind of manufacturing mode that provides customized products to the customer with an efficiency of Mass Manufacturing. The research on the technology of Product Structure and Manufacturing Process Management under the condition of Mass Customization has great theoretical and practical values. Based on the discussion of the basic characters and relevant technologies of Mass Customization, this dissertation makes a research of the technology of MC-Oriented Product Structure and Manufacturing Process Management. The dissertation is divided into six chapters.In the first chapter, based on the analysis of the problems the manufacturing enterprises are faced to, the basic principles, characters of Mass Customization are analyzed. The technologies that are related with Mass Customization are discussed. The main problems in Mass Customization and the scheme to solve these problems are analyzed. The main contents and structure of this dissertation are presented in the end.In the second chapter, under the characters and requirements of MC-Oriented Product Structure Management, a Product Function Module which is based on Module Technology is presented; the characters of BOM under the basis of MC is analyzed; BOM is divided to Assemble-Product-BOM and Function-Structure-BOM based on the stratum; the tree structure model is revised and a net structure model is introduced; the realization of the tree structure is discussed in the end.In the third Chapter, the shorts of the available reusing technology of the Manufacturing Process are analyzed at first. Then, the comparability and group technology are introduced, the structure of the Manufacturing Process Management that is oriented to Mass Customization is provided. The realization of the query technology that is based on comparability and the maintenance of the Process library are discussed in the end.In the forth Chapter, the characters and significance of the Manufacturing Resource Management that is oriented to Mass Customization are analyzed. The Manufacturing Resource Management under the technology of comparability is discussed; the factors that impact the assignment of the Manufacturing Resources and the flow of the assignment are researched; the qualitative analysis of the assignment and dynamic adjustment of the Manufacturing Resource are made in the end of this chapter.In the fifth Chapter, the detailed contents and methods of realization of a practical system are introduced. This system is a real and successful application of the theories and methods that are discussed in the dissertation.In the sixth Chapter, the main contents of the dissertation are summarized and the related research in the future is prospected.
