基于DSP的USB口数据分析系统研究与实现

【摘要】 在面向大型机电设备状态监测与故障诊断的嵌入式智能仪器开发的国家863专题研究项目背景下,根据信号分析技术的特点和发展要求,本文结合DSP、USB与EDA技术提出了基于DSP的USB口实时动态信号分析系统。论述了系统的软硬件实现,尤其重点详细描述了基于USB技术的通信模块的实现。 论文第一章阐述了信号分析系统的研究背景,把握了论文研究的内容和重点。 第二章主要研究基于DSP的USB口实时动态信号分析系统的相关技术,包括信号分析技术、DSP、EDA、USB技术。 第三章就该系统整体设计阶段的的主要问题进行了深入分析,包括驱动程序开发和芯片接口技术。 第四章则详述了系统硬件构成与实现,包括系统硬件实现框架,并对其中涉及到的技术问题进行了探讨。 第五章以EZ-USB AN2131CHIP和TMS540VC33 DSP CHIP为基础,详细描述实现USB通信和DSP算法的软件系统的构建,完成了采集处理系统与PC机间进行基于USB数据传输的驱动程序。 第六章对全文进行了简明的总结,并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Under the background of national 863 project development of intelligent embedded instrument used for Big Mechatronical Equipment’s Status Monitor and Trouble Diagnose, following the feature and requirements of signal process, this paper presents a realization of the real-time dynamic signal analysis system based on DSP(Digital Signal Process) ,USB(Universal Serial Bus) and EDA(Electronic Design Automation) technology, gives the details of hardware and software development. Specially, it describes the key technology USB communication.In chapter one, Introduces the research background of the thesis. The main content of the thesis is also listed in this chapter.In chapter two, the thesis mainly studies fundamental principles and technology of the signal analysis system based on DSP and USB. The technology include signal analysis, DSP,EDA and USB.In chapter three, Analyze deeply the main technique existed during giving the scheme, it is the USB driver design and chip interface design.In chapter four, the thesis specifies the system’s hardware construction and realization, including the whole hardware framework, realization of the DSP-based module taking on data acquisition and signal processing, and realization of USB controller. Several involved technique problem are also discussed.In chapter five, the thesis detailedly describes design of USB communication and DSP software based on EZ-USB AN2131CHIP and TMS540VC33 DSP CHIP. Also give the details of driver design to realize the communication between Data Acquisition System and PC(Personal Computer).In chapter Six, summarization for this thesis is given, and research prospect in relative fields is also discussed.
