基于WEB的变速箱零件标准化及图档信息综合管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着计算机及网络技术的不断发展和Internet/Intranet的广泛应用,开发基于Internet/Intranet的Web应用系统已成为一种新的趋势。本文结合东风汽车变速箱有限公司项目“基于Web的工程图档管理系统”,对Web技术在制造企业的应用进行了探讨,研究了Web技术在工程图档管理和信息管理系统中的应用,并对变速箱零件标准化方法进行了研究,开发了能按产品特性查询图纸的检索系统。技术人员可以工作在统一的Web环境下,完成项目登记、查询、设计、校对、审核工作,初步实现了无纸化设计,并能在网上完成对零件分类、总结、编码等标准化工作。第一章回顾了Web技术和工程图档管理技术的发展概况,指出了Web技术给制造企业的产品设计与管理方式带来的影响,分析了机械制造企业标准化技术在产品设计和制造过程中的重要作用,从而确立了本论文的主要研究内容,并介绍了本论文的课题背景和论文的结构。第二章讨论了系统实现所涉及的若干关键技术,包括Web应用的建模方法、Web数据库访问技术,并对各种访问技术的优缺点进行了对比,详细讨论了最新的ASP.NET技术的页面生成机制。另外,对网页的安全性问题和开发Web应用的ActiveX技术进行了讨论。第三章从系统的需求分析入手,给出整个系统的框架结构和软件支持,最后对整个系统的功能设计进行了说明。第四章在对产品设计与制造中的通用标准化技术介绍后,重点研究了汽车变速箱的产品构成,对常用零件的分类、建库方法进行了研究,并为常用零件引入了标准化编码。在此基础上开发了基于Web的标准化实施平台,通过它可以完成对常用件的标准化工作,形成一个可以按工艺特性查询的产品文件(各类CAD图档)检索系统。第五章对工程图档信息管理子系统进行了详细设计,并介绍了系统中几个主要功能的设计和实现。第六章在讨论机械制造企业工艺装备管理概况的基础上设计了工装信息管理子系统,由于基础数据是整个工装信息管理子系统的核心,基础数据的完整性和一致性是该模块设计的重点,本章主要分析和设计了基础数据中几个关键实体的数据库,介绍了系统实现的管理功能。第七章对本论文研究内容进行了总结,并对今后的工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 With the development of technology about net and the extensive application of Internet/Intranet, it has been becoming a new trend to develop application system of Web based on Internet/Intranet. Combined with the project of Dongfeng Motor Transmission Corporation-the System of Engineering Data Management Based on Web, the application of the technique about web in manufacturing enterprises was discussed, the application of the technique about web in the Engineering Data Management System and the Management Information System was researched, and the methods of standardizing the parts of the motor transmission were researched, the search system which was used to search the data of product though the characteristics of product structure was developed. A same circumstance on web was provided for techniqueians, the tasks for registering new project, searching, designing, proofing, auditing could be completed in the intranet, the designing without paper came true primarily, and the assignments about standardizing for classing, summarizing, coding etc. for parts also could be completed in the intranet.In Chapter 1, the developing process of the technique of Web and Engineering Data Management was reviewed, the influences that the technique of web acting on product design and management of manufacturing enterprises were pointed out, the important effect of the standardizing technique of manufacturing enterprises in the process of product designing and manufacturing was analyzed, then the main content to research of the dissertation was determined, at last the background and organization of the dissertation was introduced.In Chapters 2, several kinds of key technique for realizing the system of web were discussed, including the modeling method for the application of web and the technique of accessing web database, and kinds of technique of accessing web database were contrasted, the mechanism for making web page of the newest technique-ASP.NET was discussed in detail . Otherwise the security problems of the web pages and the technique about ActiveX were discussed.In Chapter 3, after the analyzing for system requirement, the frame of the system and the needed software were put forward . At last, the function design of the system was illuminated.In Chapter 4, after the introduction for the general technique for standardizing mechanical products in the process of designing and manufacturing, the constituent of motor transmission was researched firstly, the methods for classifying the staple parts and creating parts database were researched, and the coding method of standardizing staple parts was applied. The platform of standardizing parts based on web was developed by which the tasks to standardizing staple parts could be completed, and a searching system came true at last by which kinds of CAD data could be found out easily according to the part’s structure characteristics.In Chapter 5, the subsystem of Engineering Data Management was designed in detail, and the process of designing and realizing for the main functions of the subsystem were introduced.In Chapter 6, the subsystem of Tooling Information Management was designed based on the discussion about the status of the tooling management of the mechanical manufacturing enterprises. The integrality and coherence of the basic data were important in the process of designing this part because the basic data was the center of the subsystem of Tooling Information Management. Key databases of several key entities in basic data were analyzed and designed, the function of management realized through this subsystem was introduced.Chapter 7 summarized the work of this dissertation , and future work of this dissertation were also sketched out.
