智能电磁流量计系统的研究开发

【摘要】 本文在分析国内外电磁流量计发展现状和趋势基础上,采用新型微处理器和集成电路来开发集转换器、积算仪于一体的智能电磁流量计。在系统硬件电路的开发中,我们采用了频率可调的低频正弦波励磁技术,并设计出新颖的信号转换放大电路、液晶显示电路和系统抗干扰电路。在系统软件开发中,我们创造性地提出双循环消息驱动程序设计思想,并在该思想的指导下开发出电磁流量计系统软件。此外,我们还对现有定点数乘/除法算法进行了改进,并对电磁流量计如何应用于污水网络监控系统作出了可贵的探索。本项目的开展,对提高我国电磁流量检测技术水平具有积极意义和重要的应用价值。 第一章首先简要介绍了电磁流量计的基本原理和当今世界电磁流量计的发展现状;然后根据目前国内电磁流量计产品存在的问题,论述了研究开发新一代智能电磁流量计的必要性及意义,并给出本文的研究内容和结构安排。 第二章首先对项目任务进行分析,确定了设计原则;然后通过对电磁流量计关键技术的分析、研究、比较和论证,确定了系统开发所采用的技术实施方案;最后根据项目任务、设计原则、技术实施方案以及电磁流量计的发展趋势,提出了智能电磁流量计系统的总体结构。 第三章重点对电磁流量计硬件系统的转换放大电路、励磁正弦波发生电路、模数转换电路、键盘显示接口电路、通信接口电路,系统抗干扰电路等进行设计和分析。 第四章首先创造性地提出了双循环消息驱动程序设计思想,并详细阐述了双循环消息驱动的基本原理;然后根据该思想设计出电磁流量计系统软件;最后通过研究原有算法设计出算法改进后的多字节十进制定点数乘/除法程序模块。 第五章主要介绍智能电磁流量计系统结构和功能模块配置,并给出系统测试条件、测试步骤和测试结果。 第六章首先介绍了污水网络监控系统的发展背景、基本构成及关键技术;然后介绍了电磁流量计在污水网络监控系统中的应用,并给出作为节点设备的电磁流量计和控制站内PC机间通信所用的通信协议及通信规程。 第七章对全文工作进行总结和展望。

【Abstract】 On the base of analyzing the development status and trend of the electromagnetic flowmeter technology, this article uses new MCU and IC to design the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter that has a conversion instrument and a cumulation apparatus. In the course of exploiting the system hardware, we adopt the low frequency sine wave excitation technology whose frequency is alterable, and scheme out the new signal conversion & amplifying circuit, the new LCD circuit and the new system anti-interference circuit. In the course of exploiting the system software, we creatively put forward a double circulation message drive programming idea, and work out the electromagnetic flowmeter system software with it. Furthermore, we not only ameliorate the current fixed point numbers multiplication & division arithmetic, but also make a valuable research on how to apply electromagnetic flowmeter to the sewage monitoring network system. The development of this item will be beneficial to improving the electromagnetic flow measure technology of our country.Chapter one: Firstly, summarizes the basic theory of the electromagnetic flowmeter and its technology development status all over the world; Afterwards, discusses the significance and necessary of designing a new generation intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter, according to its current defect; finally, gives the study content and configuration arrangement of this dissertation.Chapter two: Firstly, confirms the designing principle through analyzing the assignment of this item; Afterwards, through studying, analyzing, comparing and demonstrating the pivotal technology of the electromagnetic flowmeter, ascertains the technology actualization scheme of system designing; Finally, according to the assignment, the designing principles, the technology actualization scheme, and the electromagnetic flowmeter development trend, puts forward the collectivity config--uration of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter system.Chapter three: introduces the design of the electromagnetic flowmeter hardware system, lays stress on analyzing the conversion & amplifying circuit, the excitation sine wave occurring circuit, the analog-digital conversion circuit, the keyboard display interface circuit, the communicating interface circuit and the anti-interference circuit.Chapter four: Firstly, creatively puts forward the double circulation message drive programming idea, and detailedly expounds the basic theory of the double circulation message drive; Afterwards, works out the software of the electromagnetic flowmeter system according to it; Finally, works out the multi-byte decimal fixed point numbers multiplication & division subprogram, through studying the current arithmetic.Chapter five: mostly introduces the structure and functional module arranging of the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter system, and gives the condition, process and result of system test.Chapter six: Firstly, introduces the development background, basic constitute and pivotal technology of the sewage monitoring network system; Afterwards, introduces how to apply the electromagnetic flowmeter to the sewage monitoring network system, and gives the communication protocol and regulation between electromagnetic flow--meter as a node equipment and PC in the control station.Chapter seven: summarizes the work of this dissertation and puts forward the future research work.
