【摘要】 人格教育是在素质教育讨论中所引发的一个热门话题。大学生群体角色人格，我们就可以理解为大学生群体所应具有的素质。本文以社会学的“角色理论”为基本理论基础，从社会学的基本概念“角色”与人格的社会规定性之间的联系入手，撷取角色人格这一视角，在多学科的视野里来解读当代大学生人格教育。从角色的行为来看，角色的扮演者的价值观决定他们的行为取向，使具有不同的气质人格的他们在行为中表现出一种趋同的行为模式，从而形成与角色相对应的人格特征。所以，我把价值取向看成人格要素的核心所在，也据此把价值取向作为本论文的主线，从而使文章的论述和结构前后保持贯通。 从某种意义来说。当代大学生因其是一种较特殊的社会存在而备受关注。“当代大学生”这个社会角色在与社会环境(社会、学校、教师)的联系中得到确认、设定和归属。在特定的文化背景下，当代大学生角色人格的塑造突出了自由、平等独立的特性，反映了这个时代的大学生的民主价值取向。随着大学生的主体意识的增强，大学生角色人格的民主诉求就会愈发突显。在现实教育活动中，当代大学生角色人格的民主诉求对教师的权威是一定意义和一定程度上的对立，因此，这种诉求更期待教师的关怀回应。 现代意义上的认同更表现为一种宽容的认可态度。这意味着我们所面临的选择性和多样性不断增多，意味着不同的生活方式和文化选择将得到合理的尊重。至此，可以看出，认同的外延已经延伸为一种宽容的生活态度。在这种态度的关照下，现代的自我才得以真正地多元发展。当代大学生权威认同已呈现出多元化、多层次的特点。透过对认同的现代涵义的理论分析，才能真正感知认同态度所体现的关怀，才能对教育民主关怀的现实途径来进一步地探讨。 借此，文章想表达的是一种境遇关怀，把学生的实际因素放到了最优先考虑的位置。现代的教育不应只停留在对学生进行单一功能的限定或约束，即你们只能做什么和只能怎么做；而实际中学生的选择会更加侧重于我想做什么。只有了解学生所处的境遇和需求，只有适应这个现实而变革，教育才能保持生命力，才能继续开发和指导人们的生活。在现实教育活动中，更关键是教师如何发挥价值引导作用。论文是想通过对当代大学生群体角色人格特点的深入分析，看到他们需要帮助和服务的方向，来确立一种新的教师观。这种新教师观要求树立师生平等的观念，强化教师的服务意识。更多还原

【Abstract】 Personality education is an initiative hot issue in the process of quality education discussion. Role-personality of university students groups is the proper (deserved) quality of university students groups. The paper selected the basic concept "character" in the sociology as the juncture (a turning point). Proceeded from (started with, began with) the social standardize of personality, and pointed that social role of "contemporary university students" is confirmed, established and classified in the contact (connection) with social environments such as society, university and the schoolteachers. From the view of role behavior, the value of role players decide their behavior inclination (orientation), which made the students who had different disposition (temperament) quality show the tendency if similar behavior mode. Thus they formed the personality character, which is corresponding to the role. Contemporary university student group is a kind of special existence .The mould of their personality, which has special characters, reflected the values tendency of university students under special contemporary cultural background. Take the advantage of this, the paper tried to express a kind of circumstances solicitude, which put practical factor of students to the utmost precedence position. Modern education should not remain at the level of restraining (binding) students to a single function, namely, it should not tell students what to do and how to do ;but in reality students choice will lay special emphasis on what they what to do .Only by knowing students circumstances and requirements (demands ) and adjusting to the situation ,the education can remain vitality (life-force ) to exploit and guide (direct ) people’ daily life .In real educational activities ,the key is how the teacher play the directive role .The paper tried to comprehend the tendency of students’ need and service by analyzing their personality characters and then establish a new kind of teaching mode the new mode demands to set up the equal concept of teachers and students and to intensify teachers’ service concept.更多还原
