变革企业文化提升企业核心竞争力

【摘要】 在全球经济一体化,跨国公司大发展的背景下,培育具有国际竞争力的世界级企业是衡量一个国家国际竞争能力的重要尺度。中国企业与目前的世界级企业相比仍有较大差距,尤其在企业管理、企业文化、企业战略等软件方面,中国企业存在的差距更为明显。面对激烈的竞争和挑战,企业的惟一应变对策就是变革。而文化变革又是一切变革的支柱。本文在对企业文化理论的阐述中,揭示出企业伦理是企业的核心价值观。建立具有伦理的企业应成为企业文化变革的方向,通过变革使中国企业的文化成为企业价值链中优于竞争对手的能力,从而提升企业核心竞争力,赢得可持续的竞争优势,迈向世界级企业。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the global economy integration and the great development of the transnational corporation, to build up worldwide enterprise with international competence is an important standard, by which the national international competence can be measured. Nowadays, however, the enterprise of China has a long way to go compared with the world-class enterprise, especially in such soft wares as business management, corporate culture and corporate strategy etc, the gap is much more evident. Faced with the severe competition and challenge, the only way for the enterprise is to change, while the culture change is the pillar of all other changes. In the explanation of the theory of the corporate culture, the thesis points out that the core value of the enterprise is the business ethics. To be an ethical enterprise should be the target of the corporate culture change. Through these changes, there will be the capability in the Chinese corporate culture, which is better than the opponent in the value chain. Thus, it can improve the core competence of the corporation and win the sustained competitive advantages.
