动力转向器性能与寿命试验台的计算机控制系统设计

【摘要】 汽车工业作为我国的支柱产业,在国民经济中起着重要的作用。动力转向器是汽车转向系统的关键部件之一,其性能的好坏直接影响着汽车行驶的安全性和可靠性。液压式动力转向器结构复杂,零件加工工艺要求高,成品有严格的工程质量审查试验规范,出厂前必须对其性能进行严格的检验,另外,在新产品的研制和开发中,还要对产品的效率、磨损等寿命相关参数进行考核。 根据动力转向器性能测试试验要求,以动力转向器性能及寿命试验台为基础,我们设计出动力转向器产品性能测试的硬件系统及其软件系统。硬件系统主要采用了AVR单片机采集全部测试数据(压力、扭矩、角度、温度、流量和速度等),整个试验均采用高精度测量传感器进行连续、动态测量,实现了质量评估的量化。通过计算机编程,使操作手段简单化、程序化、生成高质量的图形界面和菜单,打印出报表与图形。选择好测试项目后,即可自动完成所规定的全部动作和数据测试。系统设计时充分考虑了试验现场通信信号的干扰,采取了必要的抗干扰措施,成功地实现了试验数据的自动采集,从而有效地提高了测试系统的工作效率,实现了性能测试的自动化管理。

【Abstract】 As the important strut of our country, motor industry is playing an important role in country economy. Dynamical redirector is one of the pivotal component of dynamical turnaround system. The stand or fall directly affects the security and reliability of motor drive. The structure of Hydraulic pressure dynamical redirector is complex, the technics of part process is high, the finished production has strict engineering quality checkup test criterion. It’ s capability must be test strictly before it is used. In addition, during the development and exploitation of new production, we must check correlation parameter about efficiency and longevity of production.On the basis of demand of dynamical redirector capability testing, and on the basis of dynamical redirector capability and longevity testing equipment, we have design the hardware system and software system of dynamical redirector production capability and longevity testing. The hardware system adopt AYR singlechip to collect all the test data(such as pressure, torsion, angle, temperature, flux and speed etc.) We have high precision sensor to test all the testing data continuously and dynamic,achieving quality estimating of quanta Through computer programming, we operate more easily, we can make good graphical interface and menu, print report forms and graphics. All the action and data test can be finished automatically afte we choose one of test items. In the process of system design, this system fully consider the interference of test’ s work place, adopt necessary measure, imply the test data’ s automatic collection successfully, improve the test system’ s work efficiecy, and realize the capability test’ s automatic management effectively.
