【摘要】 本文设计实现的是以中国联通四川分公司企业管理的需求分析为基准，按照完成业务管理所遵循的顺序而建立的企业信息管理系统(EIM)。所构建的EIM系统是四川联通企业信息化的一个公共平台，系统包括网络系统和应用软件系统。网络系统覆盖四川联通所有的市、州分公司，且与Internet连接。应用软件以B／S模式设计开发，采用通用的数据接口或通用的XML数据文档，实现数据交换，应用软件系统包括了综合办公信息系统、各类专业管理系统(如客户服务系统、营业系统、计费帐务系统等)、知识管理和决策支持系统三大部分。知识管理和决策支持子系统采用多维数据视图及数据挖掘等技术实现，直接面向管理者和决策者提供多层次的信息服务。所设计的系统中对于网络安全和网络信息安全还给予了充分的考虑，并采用了目前较为成熟的安全技术和设备，使EIM网络信息安全得到了可靠的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Enterprise Information Management (EIM) system discussed in this article is designed and built for China Unicom Sichuan Branch, based on the analyses of enterprise management demands, also followed the rules of business activities. The EIM system, including network and application software system, is a common platform for enterprise information system of Sichuan Unicom. Connecting to the Internet, the EIM network covers all the local branches of Sichuan Unicom. Application software is designed and developed by B/S model, adopted general data access or general XML data documents to realize data exchanging; the application software system consists of three main sections: integrated OA, kinds of professional management systems(such as client service system, billing system), knowledge management and determination support system. By using multidimensional data-view and ETL, the knowledge management and determination support system offer multifarious information service directly to the manager and decision-maker. By means of special design,the EIM system chooses fledged security technology and equipments for the present to ensure the safety of network and network information.更多还原
