可交联LDPE高压电力电缆绝缘料的研制

【摘要】 为了改变国内高压电力电缆绝缘料尚需大量进口和国内研制的高压电力电缆绝缘料存在加工设备繁杂、能耗大和工艺流程长等不足的现状,本论文采用国产通用树脂,加入交联剂、抗氧剂、加工助剂等,通过物理预混和熔融共混的方法,用国产设备特定的组合和特定的生产工艺,成功开发了可交联LDPE高压电力电缆绝缘料。试制的这种绝缘料具有市场上绝缘料要求的质量指标和加工性能,可以替代同等级的进口产品,为国家节省外汇,为电缆厂降低生产成本,提高我国高压电力电缆的生产水平。

【Abstract】 There are some disadvantages in the processing of the materials for the insulation of high voltage power cable in China such as the process equipments are complicate, which need more energy and the process flow is long and so on, we need to intake that vast scale from foreign enterprises yet. In order to change the present status, this paper has successfully developed the materials with new process equipments and new process flow, which are made with compounds containing universal resins of china and assistants such as peroxide, antioxidant and so on. The compounds are extruded through special equipments and process How at a temperature below the decomposition temperature of the peroxide after mixed in special equipments. The studied insulation materials have satisfied the national standards and have good process properties, which can replace the same level products of foreign and which can spare national foreign exchange and reduce cost for cable works.
