基于工作流的CAPP系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 随着各门科学技术的进步和全球化经济的发展,制造业发生了深刻的变革,先进制造技术正在改变着传统的制造业。CAPP作为制造系统信息集成的中枢,承担信息集成和功能协调的重要作用。本文以国家应用项目子课题CAPP技术及其应用为基础进行研究,全面论述CAPP意义及理论基础,从系统功能目标、具体要求、总体方案设计到详细设计的整个实现开发过程。 本文首先介绍了CAPP系统的理论基础、开发方法和开发模式,同时给出了CAPP系统的发展趋势和当前CAPP系统的不足之处,从集成和实用的角度出发,提出了基于工作流的CAPP系统。本文以传统的设计文件的工艺性会签和工艺设计审批等工艺流程为例详细地分析各自的流转程序。工艺设计部门必须对工艺流程进行管理,所以本文引进工作流管理技术应用到传统的CAPP系统中,以工作流的具体含义和工作流管理系统的功能模型为指导建立了基于工作流的CAPP系统的框架,并用IDEF0方法建立的功能模型A0图。 本系统在系统的功能目标和具体要求的指引下,在分析和研究当前CAPP系统功能模型的基础上,以工艺设计的实用性、通用性、包括信息管理和能够与其他系统集成为原则提出将工艺设计和工艺信息管理系统相结合,用工作流管理技术进行工艺流程管理和任务监督,给出了本系统应具有的具体功能。在系统的软件结构上,本文分析了两层C/S结构和多层C/S结构的优缺点。本系统的多模式工艺设计等模块采用多层分布式C/S结构。在工艺设计的任务分配和为方便企业内部交流而设置的电子白板等模块上采用B/S结构,运用ASP技术构建。并从系统实现上详细论述了基于功能结构树的基本数据维护、多模式摘要工艺设计、版本管理、产品结构管理和统计报表等模块的实现过程,并给出了这些过程的运行实例。本系统的开发工具主要采用DelPhi 5.0、Visualc++6.0和visual Interoev 6.0,以Mierosoft的SQL Server 7.0为数据库管理系统。整个系统用COM/DCOM的三层结构进行构建。

【Abstract】 With development of all kind of science technology and global economy, Manufacture have taken place greatly reformation. The traditional manufacture is being changed by advanced manufacture technology. As the center of information integration of manufacturing system, CAPP takes on the important action of information integration and of function coordination. This paper is based on sub-item-CAPP technology and its application of the national application item, and has discoursed upon meaning and theory foundation of CAPP, and has discoursed upon the whole study and development process including the aim of system function, system requirements, the overall conceptual design of project and the detail design in the round.This paper firstly introduced the fundamental theory of CAPP system, the method of CAPP development and the pattern of CAPP development, at the same time introduced the development trend of CAPP system and the defective of current CAPP system. From the point of integration and practicality, general CAPP System based on the workflow was put forward. This paper analyzed the traditional flow procedure of process planning by taking of manufacturability countersign of CAD design files and of examining and approving of process planning design as example. The content of process planning must manage all kind of the flow of process planning, therefore this paper introduced the workflow technology into traditional CAPP system. Under the instruction of concept and function model of workflow, thefunction Frame was presented and AO graph of IDEFO function model for the C APP system based on the workflow was presentedWith the guild of system function aims and requirements, on the base of analyzing and researching the current CAPP system and taking practicability, universality, including information management and being able to be integrated with other system as the principle this system brought forward this CAPP system that combined the process planning system and process information management system into a system, applied work flow management technology to managing work flow procedure and monitoring the task and proposed the specific functions. About the system software structure, this paper analyzed the merit and defect of two-floor C/S structure and multi-floor C/S structure. The module of multi-mode process planning of this system applied multi distributed C/S structure. The module of task assignment and electric blackboard adopted B/S structure, which were designed for the enterprise external communion and was developed using ASP technology. And Upon system realization, the development processes of fundamental data maintenance based on function structure tree, the module of multi-mode process planning, the version management and product structure management were discussed in details. The develop tools of this system mainly included: Delphi 5.0, Visual C++ 6.0 and Visual InterDev 6.0, and used the product of Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as Database Management system. The whole system was built up using the three-tier structure of COM/DCOM.
