【摘要】 本文主要介绍了作者完成的社区卫生信息系统和医院管理信息系统的需求分析，数据库设计，编码设计，应用软件模块设计，系统安全设计，用户界面设计，系统实现以及社区卫生信息系统和医院管理信息系统的集成等部分的工作。作者采用了工程化的开发方法，在C／S环境下，借助可视化开发工具PowerBilder，和MS SQL Server 7.0来进行社区卫生信息系统和医院管理信息系统开发。在系统实现过程中采用了WEB SERVICE技术来实现系统中个人健康档案信息的分布式处理，完成社区卫生信息系统和医院管理信息系统的集成。 在本文中详细分析了在现阶段比较流行的分布式处理技术DCOM／WEB SERVICE各自的特点，介绍了选用WEB SERVICE来实现本系统中个人健康档案信息的分布式处理的原因，以及实现WEB SERVICE的相关技术：XML，SOAP，WSDL，UDDI等内容。 最后本文阐述了本系统各功能模块的具体实现以及用ASP.NET在微软.NET环境下实现WEB SERVICE，完成社区卫生信息系统和医院管理信息系统集成的试验工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes the requirment analysis, database design, system code, system security design,user interface design and the system implementation of the hospital information system and the community information system. This paper also introduce the test of the two information systems’ integration. Using an engineering method ,under the client/server enviroment,with the help of visual developing tool PowerBuilder and the RDBMS-SQL Server, we develop the application system. During the development,we use the WEB SERVICE to manage the distributing information of people’s health and to integrate the two system.Now, there are so many methods to manage the dustributing information. In this paper,we present these methods (DCOM/WEB SERVICE),and tell why we use WEB SEVICE. Next,some technologies involved,such as XML,SOAP,WSDL,UDDI,etc,are discussed.In order to make the writer’s work clear,the whole developing procedure on the architecure is described in detail. At the end of the paper,an example is illustrated to show how to use ASP.NET to implement the integration of the hospital information system and community information system.更多还原
