【摘要】 计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)是计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)的重要组成部分和信息源头之一，也是企业CIMS实现信息集成的一个关键环节。随着CIMS的深入发展和推广应用，人们在强调系统信息集成的同时，也越来越重视集成化单元技术的研究。因此，对CAPP集成化的研究具有非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。 本文结合四川省重点科技攻关项目“面向敏捷制造的数字化工艺集成平台的开发”的研究，提出了基于PDM的CAPP集成系统的体系结构，并论述了具体的实施方案和实施方法。在CIMS环境下，PDM平台上的CAPP系统是一个面向多输入输出、面向生产实际、面向集成、动态的、集工艺设计与工艺管理为一体的工艺信息处理系统。文中分析了工艺设计过程管理的内容和任务，提出了工艺设计过程管理在PDM平台上的CAPP系统中的实现方法。开发出了基于此思想的用于机械产品制造的CAPP系统，详细阐述了此系统的总体设计方案、功能模块设计、程序接口设计、数据库设计等技术方案。 本系统的开发语言是Borland公司的Delphi6.0，后端数据平台为Microsoft SQL7.0，系统可运行在Windows2000，Windows98系统下。整个系统采用面向对象的设计思想，人机界面友好、运行稳定，能够完成从“所见即所得”的工艺设计到工艺文件的编辑、查询、用户管理、版本管理、制造资源管理和工艺信息统计等功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Computer Aided Process Plan (CAPP) is an important element and one of the information resource of Computer Integrated Manufacturing System (CIMS), and also is a key for the enterprises to realize information integration. With the deep development and wide application of CIMS, we emphasize on the integration of information as well as integrated cell technology. So the research of integrated CAPP system has great theoretic and practical meaning.With the research of the project "the development of numerical process planning integration platform faced the agility manufacture", which is sponsored by Sichuan Province, the total structure of CAPP integrated system based on PDM and the theory and implementing methodology of it are put forward in this paper. In CIMS environment, CAPP system based on PDM is a dynamic process information system facing multi-input and multi-output, practical producing, and integration of process design and process management. The author also analyzes the content and duty of process design progress management, and the method to apply it to the CAPP system based on PDM. Based on the theories above, a CAPP system suitable for manufacturing enterprises is drawn out. And the design of its overall structure, software interface, function module and database are all discussed in detail.The developing language of this system is Delphi6.0, which is owned toBorland Corporation. The supporting database is Microsoft SQL Server7.0. The system runs on Windows2000 or Windows98 operation system. It is based on object-oriented design method, has friendly interface and can work stably.
