基于STEP的特征CAD/CAPP集成方法的研究

【摘要】 当代先进制造技术的不断发展,CAD与CAPP技术在各自的领域内都有了长足的进步,但CAD/CAPP集成度不高,一直是CIMS中的难点之一,制约了CIMS的进一步发展,制造企业的发展迫切需要CAD/CAPP系统的有效集成。STEP标准和特征技术的产生为系统集成提供了新的思路。STEP标准提供了不依赖于具体系统的中性机制,能够描述产品整个生命周期的产品数据,为系统集成提供了基础,而特征映射技术为集成提供了具体的方法。 本文结合四川省重点攻关项目“面向敏捷制造的数字化工艺集成平台的开发”的研究,利用特征映射的方法,提出了基于STEP的特征CAD/CAPP集成方法。文中首先对特征映射理论进行了详细的分析,建立了系统的应用信息功能模型,对系统集成的接口进行了详细的设计,提出了直接映射与间接映射相结合的复合映射模式。进而在对特征映射后置处理中的特征组织方式的改变和STEP文件的生成进行详细分析的基础上,构架了系统集成的总体方案。 系统中采用Pro/E软件进行特征CAD造型,加入工艺特征,生成零件特征模型,实现了设计特征向制造特征的映射。论述了从制造特征文件中提取工艺文件的方法。最后,以阶梯轴为例,实现了零件特征造型以及设计和制造特征中性文件的生成,为CAD/CAPP的有效集成奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 With the development of advanced manufacturing technology , CAD and CAPP have been achieved quite great progress in itself area , but the integration of CAD and C APP is one of the difficulties in the CIMS and it prevents the development of CIMS. The effective integration of CAD and CAPP system is necessary to the development of manufacturing enterprises. The development of STEP and feature technology brings forward a new method for the integration system. The STEP puts forward neutral machanism which doesn’t depend on any system and can describe product model information for life cycle engineering which the integration system based on. The feature mapping technology advance the actively method for integration.With the research of the project "the development of numerical process planning integration platform faced the agility manufacture",which is sponsored by Sichuan Pro vice, the integration scheme of CAD and CAPP system based on STEP is put forward by use of feature mapping. The theory of feature mapping is analyzed in detail. The functional model of applied information is created and the design of data access interface is designed in detail in this dissertation. Complex mapping scheme which relied on straight and non-staight feature mapping is brought forward. The change of the fasion of feature organization and the creation of STEP neutral files in the feature mapping postposition are analysed. The overall truss of integration system is created on the basis of analysis of STEP.The system adopts Pro/E software to generate part sculpt and add feature of procee plan to generate part feature model. It realizes the feature mapping from design feature to manufacturing feature. The method of process plan files from the manufacturing feature files is discussed. Finally, it realizes the creation of part feature and manufacturing feature with a paradigm of ladder axis and it provide the base for the effective integration of CAD/CAPP system.
