【摘要】 以素质教育思想为指导，高校体育将在当代大学生的素质培养和能力发展过程中发挥前所未有的积极作用。作为其重要教学内容和手段的足球运动如何充分利用其在我国高校的深厚群众基础和良好发展态势，深入挖掘足球运动自身所蕴藏的丰富教育内涵，以足球教学改革为核心全方位推动我国大学生足球运动的系统革新，实现大学生足球运动的健康、可持续发展，更好地为高校素质教育的整体目标服务，这是当前我国大学生足球运动发展所面临的紧迫课题。本文在已有研究的基础上，采用文献资料查询、调查统计、网上查询和专家访谈等方法与手段对这一个课题进行了比较系统的研究。全文分为六大部分。第一部分，我国大学生足球运动的发展现状。分别从观念、体制和实践操作层面对我国大学生足球课程、课外足球活动、代表队训练和竞赛等不同方面的现状进行阐释，提出大学生足球运动的异化观点。第二部分，我国大学生足球运动发展动力的系统分析。将大学生足球运动作为一个相对独立的整体进行研究，以发展的内外因理论为指导分别从大学生足球的供需矛盾、素质教育对大学生足球运动的全面推动、我国足球后备人才培养以及大学生足球竞赛角色的多元化转变等角度探讨了推动大学生足球运动发展的动力因素。指出素质教育是各动力因素的共同作用平台并构建了我国大学生足球运动的发展动力系统。第三部分，大学生足球运动和素质教育。从社会文化的视角来审视人类社会和竞技运动、足球运动的相互关系，指出事物的普遍性和特殊性关系是大学生足球运动与素质教育结合的理论基础，大学生足球运动的发展就是为了实现个性化素质教育与我国大学生足球运动的系统发展素质和能力向共性化素质和能力的转化。而素质形成的内外因理论和体育教育的素质迁移理论共同构成现代人才素质的形成机制并推动大学生足球教学指导思想的革新。提出通过深挖足球运动的社会蕴涵来进行大学生心理品质和社会适应能力培养的观点。突出强调了足球运动在提高当代大学生的认识能力和思维方式，培养创新意识、集体主义观念、高尚道德情操等方面的重要作用。 第四部分，现代大学生足球运动。在第一、二、三部分论述基础上提出了现代大学生足球运动的概念，并从本质、目的、任务以及特征等不同层面阐释了现代大学生足球运动的内涵，为我国大学生足球运动的发展指明了方向。 第五部分，我国大学生足球运动的系统发展。我国大学生足球运动的发展是一个复杂的系统工程，涉及因素众多。主要从教育的角度入手指出它的发展必须是以大学生足球教学改革为核心，以硬、软件建设为保障，各部门统一合作的大学生足球运动在观念、体制和实践层面的整体发展。 第六部分，我国大学生足球运动的发展趋势。立足与我国高等教育、高校体育的发展趋势，综合考虑我国足球运动的整体发展以及市场经济对大学生足球运动的良性促动作用，指出我国大学生足球运动具有光明的发展前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the guide of the colleges and universities the quality education Physical Education will play an unprecedented part in the progress of the quality training and ability development of the present university student. Football games, the important teaching content and means of which, how to make full of its deep mass base and good development trend in China colleges and universities dig deeply the rich educational intention in football games itself, Football education reform core own bearing promote the system reform of Chinese colleges and universities football games, realize healthy and continuous development of colleges and universities football games and better serve for the entire aim of the colleges and universities quality education is the urgent task faced to Chinese football games development of present universities students. Based on the following methods former research, this paper adopts methods of literature, statistics, specialist visit, net on-line material investigation And so on to research systematically the task. This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the present condition of Chinese universities students’ football games. The part is explained from present condition of different aspect: idea, system, organization and practice operation. Chinese universities students’ football subjects extracurricular outside class football activities, delegate team training and competitionof and women university students’ football games. The dissimilation idea about university students’ football games is posed. The present characteristic of Chinese university students’ football games is generalized.The second part is the systematic explanation about the development force of Chinese university students football game .The football game of university students is researched as a relatively independent whole. Under the guide of internal; and external causes theory, from the following direction: supply and demand contradiction of university students football, quality educational whole promotion to the football games of university students, Chinese football reserve force training and many-faceted change of university students’ football competition parts , force factors of university students" football games are explored . The idea that quality education is together-acted platform of able force factors is raised .The developing fore system of Chinese university students’ football games is founded.The third part is the football games of university students and quality education. From the cultural visual urge the relationship between human society and sports, football games is examined. Things universality and particularity is theory base of linking football games of university students with quality education, the development to football games of university students is to realize the transform from personality of quality and ability to generality. The internal and external causes theory of forming quality and quality migration of physical education together compose the form mechanism of modern talent quality and ability and promote the guide thought of university students’ football teaching. The idea that through dig deeply social intention of football games the mentality character and society suit about adapt ability are fostered is raised. The important functions of football games are stressed increase the present university students’ understanding ability, thinking method and training reform consciousness, collectiveness idea, noble morality character.The forth part is the modem football games of university students. Based on the discussion on the former three parts, the concept about the modem football games of university students is put forward. The intention of the modern football games ofuniversity students is explained from its nature, aim, task and characteristic.
