处理油田废水的多功能阳离子絮凝剂的合成及性能研究

【摘要】 油田废水是一种典型的含油废水,其排放将给环境造成严重污染。由于油在废水中以悬浮、乳化、溶解三种状态存在,使处理过程难以进行,所以油田废水的处理一直是水处理领域中研究的难点与热点。近年来有关油田废水处理药剂的研究和报道很多,但真正能够进一步推广应用的却较少,处理效果也不理想,而集净化、杀菌、阻垢、缓蚀于一体的多功能药剂,国内的报道和研究尚处于初始阶段。本论文首次合成了一种用于油田废水处理的多功能处理药剂PDTC,并对其絮凝性能进行了研究。研究表明,用乙二胺和二硫化碳在强碱条件下反应,当原料的质量配比为:胺:CS2:NaOH(50峪液)=12:28.88:16(摩尔配比为:1:1.9:2),反应温度为10—15℃、20-28℃,反应总时间是90min,搅拌速度为100r/min时,是合成DTC的最佳条件。DTC絮凝剂合成后,再加入金属盐及乙醚、乙醇等辅料继续搅拌反应30min,合成絮凝剂PDTC。PDTC药剂性能稳定,使用温度和pH值范围宽。用于油田废水处理时,当用量为25mg/时,气井废水的油、悬浮物、CODcr、色度的去除率分别为89.2%,91.3%,72.3%,92.8%。与其它絮凝剂相比,PDTC具有用量少,处理效果好的特点。同时具有杀菌、缓蚀、阻垢等多种功能。论文研究结果,絮凝剂PDTC不仅对油田废水处理有效,而且对其它工业废水也有一定的处理效果。具有推广应用价值。

【Abstract】 Oil field wastewater is a kind of typical wastewater contained oil, so it will badly pollute environment if it is let without being treated. It is a nodus and hotspot at all times to study the treatment method of oil field wastewater, because the oil in oil field wastewater exists as suspend, emulsification and dissolution and the treatment process is very difficult. In recent years there are many reports and studies on the medicaments used for treatment of oil field wastewater, but there are a few medicaments that can be practically used to treat oil field wastewater; and the effect of them is not perfect enough. There are few reports and research in domestic about the flocculants have the functions of clarification, bactericide, scale inhibitors and delaying-corruption. On the condition, the multifunctional cationic flocculant(PDTC) used for the treatment of oilfield wastewater was synthesized firstly and the fiocculation performance was studied by treating oil field wastewater in this paper.It is shown that on the condition of amine:CS2:NaOH (50% weight percent ) =12.00:28.88:16.00, the temperature being 10-15℃,20-28℃, the whole time being 120minute, the stirring rate being 100r/min, the reaction is optimum in a strong alkali solution. Added co-stuffs such as metal salt, aether and ethanol into the flocculant DTC and the flocculant PDTC was synthesized after stirring continued for about 30 minuets. The performance of this reagent PDTC is stable, and the using range of temperature and pH are wide relatively. The rates of removal oil, SS, CODcr and chroma in oil field wastewater are 89.2%, 91.3%, 72.3% and 92.8% separately when the dosage of thisreagent is 25mg/L. This flocculant PDTC has many good characteristics such as little dosage and perfect treatment effect. This flocculant PDTC has multifunction of bactericidal action, delaying corruption action and inhibiting scale action and so on.The flocculant PDTC was used to treat the oil field wastewater and other industrial wastewater with satisfactory results. Therefore, this technique has extensive application value.
