CFTC公司培训体系研究设计

【摘要】 随着中国加入WTO,知识经济时代的到来,大量跨国公司进入国内市场,企业之间的竞争日益激烈。越来越多的企业意识到,人的质量越来越成为企业实现自己战略目标的关键因素,不论何种类型的企业,其员工都将决定企业的兴衰与成败。员工成为了企业最重要的资本,而员工的综合素质和能力的提高却有赖于企业的培养和自身的努力。所以,要实现企业的快速成长和高效率运作,获得竞争优势和战略目标的实现,持续的人力资源培训与开发是重要的手段。 本文试着从CFTC公司实际情况出发,对公司原有人力资源培训体系进行分析研究,然后根据公司培训现状和公司的发展战略,提出了新的培训体系设计,通过设计问卷和访谈进行培训需求分析,通过人才测评技术进行受训选拔,取得管理者的支持营造良好的学习环境,以确保培训成果在工作中的应用,最后为培训成果的持续转化、有效迁移而创造有利的工作环境—学习型组织。由于时间和笔者理论水平的限制,本设计还存在着一些不足,只希望本设计能给企业和同行一些启发和借鉴。 论文共分五部分,第一部分是人力资源培训概述;第二部分是培训理论研究;第三部分是对CFTC公司的培训现状分析;第四部分对CFTC培训体系的再设计;第五部分作培训效果评估设计。

【Abstract】 With China’ s entry into WTO and the arrival of knowledge-economy era, a great number of international companies come to China to search for their future, which has brought a more furious competition to the corporations. More and more executives become aware of the fact that the key factor of further development of the companies lies in men. Whatever kind of corporation it is, its employees will propose the rise and fall. Employee is the most important and valuable capital of a company, but the development of their quality and ability depends on the efforts they make and the training their company provide. Sustainable training and development of human resource assures a quick and efficient, growth to the company.I tried hard to study the original training system of CFTC, and then redesigned it according to the fact and strategy of the corporation. In order to redesign a practical and available training system, with the help of my supervisor and partners, I made a survey and collected some useful data, from which the command of training was got. I want a kind of training with selected trainees and the executives involved. Also 1 want a kind of air under which the trainees will achieve more. All of these are demonstrated in my paper. Since I am short of time and 1 haven’ t made deep research in this field, there are, of course, some limitations and shortcomings in my paper. I just want give some available suggestions to the companies and friends who are interested in training.
