变电站综合自动化系统软件工程及实现

【摘要】 电网自动化正面临信息技术蓬勃发展和电网管理机制的变革时期。而变电站综合自动化是实现电网自动化的重要基础之一,所以电网自动化的发展对变电站综合自动化系统软件的可靠性、实时性、并发性和分布性提出了更高的要求。 本文以实际工程项目为基础,运用实验室设计开发、大量现场调试、运行相结合方法进行研究。主要完成了如下工作: 1)按照湖南永州110KV变电站的需求,分析了变电站综合自动化系统软件的功能和特点。设计了变电站综合自动化系统的硬件结构和系统整体功能方案图。 2)克服了结构化开发方法实现系统软件存在的问题和用面向对象的一般方法实现SCADA时存在的缺陷。提出了运用组件对象模型开发综合自动化系统软件的思想和方法,设计并实现了一个接口丰富、二次设备无关、具有三层体系应用模式和开放式数据接口的变电站综合自动化系统框架和软件模型 3)在三层体系结构中划分了各类对象,给出了主要对象的结构、动态特性、抽象特性。 4)采用面向对象和组件方法设计并实现了一个电力GIS系统,该系统具有生成变电站主接线图以及调用接口的功能。 5)成功尝试了用COM技术来实现有关部分,提高了系统软件的稳定性和通用性。 6)用面向对象的快速开发语言VB完成了整个变电站综合自动化应用层软件的开发。 作者设计实现的变电站综合自动化系统软件在实际的工程项目中得到了应用。该项目的研发为进一步建立综合自动化系统软件类库和研究开发综合自动化系统软件组件奠定了基础。论文的研究内容对于后来者设计开发220kV、500kV甚至更高压的变电站综合自动化系统软件有很好的借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 Electric power network automatization is faced with the information technology full of vitality and the management mechanism of the electric power network, and that substation comprehensive automation system is an important element of electric power network. So it requires high characters of reliability, real-time, simultaneity and distribution of the automation system.The paper bases on the practical project . It is researched by means of design and empolder in laboratory and lots of locale debugging . The main tasks that have been finished are list as follows:1) It analyzes the functions and characteristics of the 110KV substation comprehensive automation system and designs the hardware structure > scheme blueprint through it’ s requirement.2) It overcomes the shortcomings of the method with configuration and the limitation of ecumenical way to realize SCADA. It puts forward the ways and means of empoldering with Component Object Model. It also designs and realizes substation comprehensive automation system frame and software model which not only have plenty of interfaces including three-layers applied mode and open data, but also have nothing to do with quadratic equipments.3) Different objects are distilled from three layers applied mode, and the objects’ configurations,dynamic and abstract.4) CIS system is realized by means of objected-orient and module. It can make wiring diagram and transfer interfaces.5) Interrelated parts are realized succeedly with COM. The stability and the currency of the system software are enhanced.6) The whole software of the substation comprehensive automation system is realized with the rapid-developed language Visual Basic which is object-oriented.The work has been used well in practice, which builds up basement and makes some experience for class databases of substation comprehensive automation system software. The contents in the paper have a good use for reference to exploiture 220KV or 500KV Substation comprehensive automation system, even higher Voltage.
